The bed sheets were yellow, and the condition remained the same after changing one. The surrounding environment was acceptable. I was woken up by the banging wedding at 8:30 in the morning.

Very friendly staff, child friendly, good vegetarian options available, overall good experience, will recommend for the families, the ambience and the property is also very beautiful, the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery which energizes you to the core

much prettier than pictures, staff were very kind and nice. we were just 2 but they gave us the family suit, very comfortable, very big. but the cleanness was weak. the towels weren't clean at all. they washed them but they were not so white! very nice view, very nice place for relaxing. very good breakfast but the only problem was dinner. no non-spicy food and i've got sick. the location is far from everywhere and it was impossible to find another restaurant and the food was awful. i couldn't eat anything for 3 days! a hotel has international guests so it has to be international foods there! not everyone can eat spice everyday! otherwise everything was perfect.

La location sembra anche carina, ma l’hotel è disordinato e sporchissimo in ogni angolo. Cibo in giro nelle stanze comuni, pavimenti sporchi nelle camere, tende sporche da cima a fondo, lenzuola con chiazze enormi gialle e varie macchie. Cibo davvero scarso, a cena nonostante la esplicita richiesta, non cambiavano bicchieri e posate e lasciavano tutto il tavolo sporco. Ti servono acqua di rubinetto e abbiamo trovato solo un dipendente che parlasse un minimo inglese.

Really good experience with very friendly staff. Foods were delicious. We stayed at cabanas. Special thanks for the team Miss. Erandi, Miss.Vihanga, Mr. Vishwa and front office staff and back office team for providing a good services for us. Highly recommend for couple.

Had a rather disappointing stay. Rooms are not very well maintained, you find wood work and paint chipping off. We had 5 deluxe rooms, but found that not all rooms are of same size and amenities. Service was very very slow. Two rooms had no drinking water and in night when the water was requested we were charged. A person actually turned up to verify the rooms that there were no complimentary water bottles in rooms at 12 in night. We rather paid for the bottles than go through such humiliation. Certainly not a 4 star hotel as informed to us by Make My Trip. Food was below average. One of our group members requested for a masala omelet to be told that the hotel had no onions 😁. Finally, cherry on the cake was that they counted all glasses and cups in the room though they were on the lounge area outside. We were actually first charged for that. Was returned on second thoughts after they felt that we were offended. So a tip for traveller's at this hotel, count the complimentary water bottles, cups and glasses before you check in and count them at the time of check out else you will half hour trying to locate them.😁. All in all disappointed, surprised Make My Trip puts in 4 star category.

Wonderful stay. Accomodation is good, arrangement was nice,food was well enough to eat.special thanks to Bishva who took extra care for our food.Staffs are very cooperative and well behaved.i will recommend you to stay here and understand the hospitality.
