Even when I turned the water up to its hottest setting, it was still lukewarm and cold.
The hotel staff were kind and helped me out when I forgot how to lock the door.

It is said to be a view room. There is no private balcony. There is only a small smoking platform outside. The small rear window is open and there is a gas station below. There was a quarrel early in the morning. The sound insulation effect is very poor. There is only one old man and one person in the whole hotel. Young man, there is no exhaust fan in the shower room, so relying on the air conditioner for dehumidification is quite boring. I was so tired that day that I fell asleep after taking a shower. I forgot to take photos.

the stay was totally great, very clean and quiet. but one thing, i couldn’t get hot shower in my room. It wasn’t cold water, but neither hot water.

Nos alojamos una noche en este hotel y nos gustó mucho, la habitación estaba muy limpia y el baño era muy amplio. El hotel está en pleno centro y fueron muy amables en todo momento, incluye el desayuno que está muy completo. Desde nuestra ventana veíamos el Baharawakanda Temple.

We had an overall good experience with this hotel. Breakfast is the best if compared to the other three hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka. They give each person a full fruit platter, an omelet, a yogurt, and toast with jam and juice, along with a hot beverage. I am usually picky, but I felt that the breakfast (that was included in the price of the daily hotel stay deserved a 5. The only drawback would be the thin windows that allowed the street noise to come through. The staff and the manager were friendly. The staff was very accommodating.

A nice clean hotel in the heart of Kandy. Be aware the hotel is in the busy less touristy part of the city, so don’t expect amazing views and activities on the door step. The owner was very helpful in arranging our transport and the rooms were well air conditioned and spotlessly clean.

Good clean property with decent air con, and very helpful staff. Great location in Kandy close to main attractions. Quality of hotel quite basic but good given the budget price, didn’t have any food so can’t comment on this. Would go back again especially if wanting a more budget option in Kandy.

Na het verschonen van het bedlinnen omdat het op de eerste keer niet schoon was, was het een heel prima hotel.
Medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk, ontbijt is prima (je krijgt veel te veel, met heel veel variatie) en de kamer is klein (voor Aziatische begrippen), maar wel prima.
De omgeving van het hotel is lekker druk, maar voelde voor ons zeker veilig aan.
