Excellent location at 5min walk from dKanazawa station. Menya Taiga ramen shop is directly across the street and a few eating places are located along the way. The room is clean and refreshed everyday and the bath house is located in the North block at level 2. It would be excellent if the breakfast hours ends at 10 instead of 9.30AM. And three pax room is a little tight for three adult with three luggage.
For those who enjoys walking, omicho market, Kanazawa castle, kenrokuen garden, Higashi Chaya district are all easy to walk to from the hotel.

I used it with my family for sightseeing in Kanazawa. It is close to Kanazawa Station and has a parking lot. The interior is beautiful in a new hotel. The unit bath is also very large. However, dust was conspicuous around the air conditioner and in the nanoe blowout. I want you to clean this area a little more. The air conditioner was a little bad, probably because the filter was also clogged. The staff 々 is very kind and comfortable. There was a deck where you could see the Shinkansen and conventional lines, and the children were happy. Breakfast is delicious, but the child who sleeps with the child does not have breakfast, so it is okay to pay, so I think it would have been nice if there was a little rice for children. I still want to use it.
Soak in the seasons, savor the land, and enjoy the nature's produces.
A spontaneous journey where you can regain your sense of self and spend your time.
A 15-minute walk from Kanazawa Station.
Located just next to the Omi-cho Market, called the “kitchen of the city,” is SOKI KANAZAWA. Situated in Fukuromachi, this was a place once flourishing with merchants constantly coming and going.
'SO' means "bare", "simplicity" and "plain", 'KI' means "vessel".
This is a hotel that embraces the simplicity of spending time as it is.
Unwind just as you prefer in the large public bath and enjoy a pleasant night’s sleep in your room.
Enjoy a nourishing, relaxing breakfast made with nothing but fresh, local ingredients.
In Kanazawa, where Kitamae ships have come and gone since long ago, while bringing along many diverse cultures, make use of all of your senses to experience the allure of each season. Enjoy a stay that will harmonize your mind and body.
Let time pass on a spontaneous journey to regain your true self as you surrender yourself to the seasons and nature’s surroundings.

There are 3 good points. 1st, the location is very good, as it was walking distance from/to most of the places I wanted to visit. It's about a ~10min walk from Kanazawa Station, so no hassle getting to the hotel when you arrive. It's about ~10-15min walk to Kanazawa Castle (金沢城) and Kenrokuen (兼六園). The Omicho Market (近江町市場) is literally right across the street, so you can easily hop over there to either start or end your day with some sushi. For the more distant places, there are nearby bus stops to get to areas like the Higashi Chaya district (ひがし茶屋街) or the museums. (Though if you prefer walking, Higashi Chaya district is still walkable at about ~15-20mins). 2nd, the room was quite spacious for a solo traveler, as compared to the typical business hotel. It has a unit-type toilet+bathroom, but it was spacious enough that you can change in there (I think it can even fit 2 people at once). The room was very clean and tidy, and since all rooms are non-smoking, the place doesn't smell funny. The room provides complete amenities like the hot water kettle, a ref, and enough sockets for charging your gear. 3rd, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The selection of both western and local japanese dishes made it worth its price. There is unlimited coffee too, which is available even outside the buffet (great for people who can't go throughout the day without coffee). The staff speaks English well, so no worries if your Japanese skills aren't that great like me. All in all, would gladly stay here again if I find myself in Kanazawa :)
Holiday Inn ANA Kanazawa Sky is strategically located in the heart of Kanazawa, the city that is rich in Japanese tradition such as “Yuzen”, a type of silk, and ”Kinpaku”, the gold craft works. The hotel is a few steps away from a lively wet market called Ohmicho that has been popular for both local and tourists since 16th century. You will be emotionally trilled at finding local delicacy in season. Hokuriku has such rich seafood products throughout the year. Do not forget to try our local seafood and crabs at the all-day dining Kenroku or at the Chinese restaurant Hoh-Oh and ask our experienced chef’s recommendation. Kanazawa Castle Park, originally built and managed by Maeda family and Kenroku Garden are the treasures for Kanazawa people. One of the best tree Japanese gardens, Kenrokuen, shows unique faces in four seasons. Unwind after a busy day at the hotel lobby lounge with your favorite cocktail and be fascinated with the best 360-degree view of Kanazawa. All guestrooms welcome you with tranquil sight and free high speed Internet to plan your next day. Book your flight to Komatsu Airport and take the bus to Kanazawa. Kanazawa JR Station is a 10-minute walk.

We really enjoyed the hotel and I was sorry that we had time just for one night there. The hotel is a nice 10 min walk from the station and at least in May the weather was really nice. We felt welcome to the hotel and the room was comfortably. We had to study the windows as there was no curtains but something similar to shoji screens. It brought some Japanese style to the room. Like others have said the breakfast was really good and versatile and we enjoyed it very much. We walked around the area and there was shopping and restaurants close to the hotel. We like to come back and also see more of the Kanazawa city.
Kanazawa is the capital city of Ishikawa Prefecture and is located on the north coast of Central Japan. It is the center of Hokuriku region. Since early 17th centrury, the city prospered to become one of Japan’s leading cultural and economic hubs. The city has full of historical and cultural heritages which attract travellers from all over the world. Hyatt House Kanazawa is located right next to the gateway of the city, JR Kanazawa station where Hokuriku shinkansen stops. The hotel has total 92 rooms and suites. Most of the rooms are equipped with fully functional kitchen and equipment to cater needs of longer stays so that guests can enojy cooking with various local ingredients including seafoods and vegetables available at the local market.

My family (2 kids) stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed the city as well as the hotel. I will start with the positives. We stayed at a one bedroom suite with laundry machines which is very convenient and by far the largest hotel room we stayed in Japan. Our kids slept comfortably in the living room on the sofa. The kitchen is very well designed with a huge fridge and sitting areas. The front desk was very helpful in my trip planning with onsen suggestions and they also booked us kimono rental and restaurants after we checked in. The lobby is spacious and we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. The location is very conveient being right by the JR station and a big shopping mall. I only have 2 minor issues. First, they weren't willing to make us dinner reservations before check in which seems to be an overal issue with Japan hotels. Second, the breakfast offering is way better at Hyatt Centric, the sister hotel next door and is connected at the lobby area. however, we were turned away when we tried to get breakfast at Hyatt Centric even though some prior reviews said they wre able to do that.
Hyatt Centric Kanazawa is located right next to the gateway of the city, JR Kanazawa station where Hokuriku shinkansen stops. The hotel has total 253 tranquil and highly functional guestrooms which reflect the tastes of the latest and traditional Kanazawa. It exists to encourage savvy travelers to go out for endless exploration in the historical city.

Hyatt Centric Kanazawa located next to Kanazawa Train station. Very suitable and convenient for tourists especially those who travel from Tokyo and Osaka by Sinkabsen.
Beside Hyatt Centric there are various shopping malls such as Cross Gate and Rinto. There are many eateries in the malls and nearby convenient stores such as 7 Eleven and Lawson make the hotel very convenient.
Not far way from the hotel (about 2-3Km), there is a Fish Market, Omicho Market. Fresh seafoods are available, nice with reasonable price.
The hotel has very soothing environment which blends well with natural wood color. Overall is a very good stay.

Fantastic hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. We chose Nikko Kanazawa because of its proximity to the train station. Hotel Nikko is actually Kanazawa’s tallest building, designed by a Japanese-French team. Rooms located on 21st-25th floors have beautiful views. Nikko is connected to the Higashi ( eastern) side of the station by the underground passageway through the Porter building. Our room at the 21st floor was large, clean and modern with a fantastic view over the city towards the Sea of Japan. It was very relaxing at the end of the day to sit in arm chairs and watch the sunset. Service was excellent. We found a good restaurant on the sixth floor of the Forus shopping center adjacent to the train station (on the right if you look at the eastern entrance to the station through the giant Torii gate). The name is Morimorizushi Kanazawa Ekimae-ten (sushi), you can't miss it - there will be people on the benches waiting outside. The line goes fast, just don't forget to take your ticket at the entrance. This hi-tech kaiten (conveyor belt) sushi joint is a fantastic place for excellent sushi at reasonable price. It is only 4-5 min. from Hotel Nikko and on rainy day you can reach it by the underground passage. We liked Hotel Nikko and would stay here again.
A stay at Hotel Torifito Kanazawa places you in the heart of Kanazawa, within a 5-minute drive of Omicho Market and Oyama Shrine. This hotel is 1.2 mi (2 km) from Kanazawa Yasue Gold Leaf Museum and 1.4 mi (2.3 km) from 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art.

This feels like.5-star hotel but charges at a 4-star hotel price. The room is quite spacious as they have an additional window bay sofa and also a work-desk station beside the queen-sized bed. The room and it’s attached toilet bath are new and clean and everything works. They even have an in-built de mister in their bathroom mirror! The hotel staffs are very helpful, though their speak little English. An added bonus is the free public unisex Onsen baths (separate male and female in L3 and L2 respectively), which I used every night to relieve my aching muscles after a whole day out. Another plus point is it’s location near the Kanazawa station (almost fully assessable via an underground passageway from station to hotel) and it’s near to 7-11, major shopping malls and eateries around Nagoya station too. I would highly recommend this place by paying a slightly higher premium for an unforgettable accommodation experience in Kanazawa!

Location: very conveniently located right besides the bus stop for buses back and forth from Kanazawa station as well as other major touristy spots. But even walking wise everything including Kenrokuen garden, Kanazawa castle, the famous districts & also just 2-3 min walk to Omiya shrine
Hotel & Room standard: Elegantly classy and very contemporary rooms. Size was also pretty good and comfortable enough for 2 people for standard room. Room amenities are also very good and the Public bath at top also looks quite fancy.
Staff service: Was very very impressed with the staff service. I think everyone spoke & understood basic English to assist with any questions. Furthermore they even have great personalised hotel brochures for restaurants and spots nearby the hotel and what cuisine each offered which I found very helpful.

RRexShangThis hotel is amazing! It is about 1.4km walk from the JR station, which takes about 20 minutes. It is very comfortable to walk along the way. In the downtown area, the fish market is next to the hotel, and Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen Garden are behind it. It is extremely convenient. It is also only a 20-minute walk from the old townhouse. You need to wear slippers and lock the shoe cabinet when entering the hotel. The rooms are all Japanese-style, and you can check in and check out by yourself. There is midnight ramen after 9:30, and Yakult is free to drink from 5:00 to 10:00. There is a lounge after the hot spring, and cold drinks are free. The breakfast is even better, too rich buffet. The whole hotel is comparable to a large pig farm, it is really worth it. I will definitely go again.
AallyplI’m here now and want to write about my experience as it’s happening. I’m blown away at this property. The beauty, the people, the quiet…except for the waterfall which you hear if you’re outside. I have a balcony room. The AC is splendid! There’s a tub inside the large shower area. The shower water is a little weaker than I normally care for, but YMMV. Breakfast is a huge buffet with very nice options, all Japanese and all high quality. Both mornings, I’ve been served an amuse. Tonight I’ll try dinner for the first time here, and no doubt it’ll be delicious. If you opt out of housekeeping, they leave you a big bag of two each large towels, hand towels and bath towels. Housekeeping is as quiet as a church mouse. I arrived at the Kanazawa train station, and even though I knew that there would be a shuttle bus, and which side to exit from, I didn’t know which one was mine. This information is not on the website, so I’ll tell you that you exit on the west side, and upon exiting, turn to the right, where the group bus waiting area is. And watch for a bus that is white with an orange *****e on the front. One other word of caution. There are two hotels that are named the same. Just because you see the hotel name on the outside, that may not be yours. Do you want to be sure that the driver and the accompanying guide know that the one you want is on this particular street. It’s a really new hotel, as it’s only been open for about a year. I upgraded and got the lounge access and that’s been totally worth it! The afternoon suites are so stunningly gorgeous and there’s a cocktail hour also in the afternoon, but I think it’s really like three or four hours long. The staff speaks their English, but have your Google translate ready for words that they may not automatically know. However, I will say they are extremely eager to understand and please you. I highly recommend this hotel!!
Gganta503I went to Kanazawa for 10 years at work, and this time I tried to stay for the first time for one night of the regular inn. It was a good location standing in front of the station, and it was a good hotel? As a point that I personally worried about, the * parking lot is too dark. * There is no loan of air cleaner. (now any hotel) * The room is cold even if you adjust the air conditioning. * Anyway, the sound of the corridor is noisy and can be heard inside the room. (footsteps, voices) * wifi is difficult to connect. * The desk is small to open a personal computer and work. It was the part I felt. Also, why is the front desk arranged like this? It was so wide that I thought, and the staff was wasting time, and it took time to find documents to sign whether they were not ready in advance. It's too large and round, so I felt that it would be better if I could see a lot of personal information and take a little more shelf or box or something to show it clean. I didn't think it would be possible to stay at the regular inn, but I think I can stay someday.
GGuest UserIt is a hotel that is assumed to stay for a long time such as washing machine and microwave oven. The interior is new but a little shabby, the room is spacious and convenient. The room cleaning at the time of the consecutive night is paid, the sheets exchange is 1 weeks, and the towels and room clothes are exchanged every day. Some people may regret booking without knowing this. On the other hand, if you only stay for one night, you can enjoy the cost reduction effect of these operations without working. Breakfast is less than a city hotel than a business hotel service breakfast.
GGuest UserThe best thing about this hotel is that it's close to Kanazawa Station! This time I stayed here to go to a concert a little ways from the station.
Check-in at 2pm was also helpful, as I was able to leave my luggage in my room early and head out. I had to return early the next morning, so I only stayed overnight, but the bed was spacious and the room was clean and comfortable.
The staff were friendly and always smiling. Check-out was also smooth using the machine. This time I didn't need the location at all, so it wasn't a problem.
Thank you for your help.
MMan KinFirst of all, I have to mention checkin. Because I didn't look at the information carefully, I arrived at Neon Hotel about 9 pm. After I didn't know how to enter. Haocai met some guests and told us before I knew that I had to go to the Hotel Kanazawa next to the train station to do Checkin first. They will give you Neon Hotel's Access code . Enter the hotel and room.
The room is clean and tidy. The space is enough for 4 of us. It is comfortable. There is a washing machine in the room to wash clothes. Very convenient.
Hotel location is a bit difficult to find, but of course, it can be found by Google map god. There is no parking lot nearby. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. The hotel is about 7 minutes from the train station. It is convenient.
SSheila May TrasmonteThe hotel that we stayed in was SUPERB!! Its very ideal for us having kids as the hotel is situated few minutes walk from the station plus the underpass that protects us from cold since we are not used to a very cold/snowy winter plus closed to restaurants and convenient stores.
The staff were all friendly, polite and respectful. They’re all lovely and helpful!
We had a spacious and tidy room as well making as feel comfortable and gave us a complete relaxation after a whole day activity. We’d love to visit Japan and go to Kanazawa again next year and we’d love to stay at Hotel Mystay Kanazawa.

WWinWin 小豆This is the most comfortable hotel to stay in during our Christmas trip and is very cost-effective. Highly recommended👍Because I drive by car, the location is ok, there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the hotel has a parking lot. The lobby is stylishly designed and has a sense of space. There are several common areas for guests to sit and have a drink. Free Kaga stick tea and two kinds of detox water are provided. The room is large, the bed is comfortable, the TV has YouTube, the storage space is wide, and there is a small sofa. In addition to ordinary water cups, the room also has a set of exquisite tea cups (also sold in the lobby) for making tea. The hotel has a bathhouse, and there is ice water for drinking outside the bathhouse.
5505BoontiongMy stay at Dormy Inn Kanazawa was almost the end of the vacation started from Nagano, Hakuba, Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, Kurobe Gorge. Believe me that staying at this hotel is money worth spent. Dormy Inn usually are near train station but away from noisy traffic, with nice indoor and outdoor Onsen at rooftop together with FREE Soba for supper (9.30-11pm). However, at Kanazawa only (maybe) they provide complimentary Happy Hour from 7-9pm with free flow of red & white wine, beer and party nut and cracker mix. So you probably want to stay until 9.30pm to continue with Free Soba Supper. Sounds good right? Rooms are very clean, staff are friendly. One thing I like about Dormy Inn is they have ice cube for free at the machine. So you can get cheap and nice sake or beer from stores nearby to fix your own drink. Another plus point is free usage of laundry machine and detergent. You only pay for the dryer. I highly recommend Dormy Inn to everyone visiting Japan.
BBayjbBlue Hour is a nice, comfortable modern hostel about a 5 minute walk from the train station. Honestly it had some of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in Japan and my larger trip. The beds are pods too with a privacy curtain, light and mirror inside. The privacy you get is so nice. The female dorm also has a small seating area just for its guests and a small fridge for breakfast. The female dorm is also key code locked and has its own bathroom. The small grocery store in the building is a great feature too. I was here in summer and have a few items to be aware of: - There is Air Con in the dorms but it doesn’t get in to the bed pods so those can be toasty - The air con in the female area also isn’t very strong but it’s not too bad - Great WiFi speed - No laundry but laundromat nearby - This is on the third floor and there is NO lift. So the walk up with luggage is hot My only issues were that staff didn’t speak much English and gave misinformation about how to get around the city. Just go to the train station and get help there. I also had an issue with my bed but staff took care of it the next day at my request. One last thing, the dorm area can be loud, especially with suitcases knocking around and people coming in/out of the locked door. Overall, I would stay again and recommend it for a short stay.
