No air conditioning OR fan! Went to bed to the sound of very LOUD, live disco music from the pool area. I complained repeatedly but ended up having to use ear plugs, hold the pillow over my ear, and eventually take a sleeping pill. In the morning, unbelievably, I woke to loud construction noise as they were erecting scaffolding for renovations right across the hall from my bedroom door. Then they let it be known that they had fumigation of the entire hotel (including the beds) at 10AM. I made sure to get out of there before that.

The place is nice and I would recommend more people to come over for the nice experience of the Kakamega City. Being in Kakamega and not visit Golf then you did not come to Kakamega. Golf is the best place for all ages and their food is out of this world.

Very nice and friendly workers, we were taken good carerof. Thank you so much and God bless you , l was very much uplifted and the treatment l got really toughed my heart and health , golf is a place to take our families and friends to learn and enjoy

This was second visit this year to the Golf Hotel. The services are excellent and staff are welcoming .The rooms are modern,well kept with wifi ,smart tv and wifi. The food is also nice with variety of options each day.I would highly recommend this place.

The room was very spacious, very clean and the ed comfortable. Customer service was satisfactory, very friendly and accommodating. The environment, to die for! Loved it. So calm and refreshing. Will definitely come back again because you guys made me feel at home.

It is an excellent place with great food and responsive staff. The food is great, and you can always ask the staff questions about anything connected to your stay. This is a place for business meetings, workshops, and conferences. Golf Hotel keep up the good work.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful experience we had during our stay on November 1, 2024, which was also our daughter's birthday party. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. Nerea, in particular, served us with exceptional kindness and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely fantastic—definitely a highlight of our celebration! We also enjoyed the swimming facilities and the cool music; a big thanks to the DJ of the day for setting the perfect atmosphere. The thoughtful birthday messages you showered us with truly touched our hearts and made our daughter's day even more special. Thank you once again for making our visit memorable. We look forward to returning in the future!

The food was amazing and all the staff were friendly and willing to assist at all times. I would highly recommend anyone travelling to Kakamega to visit Golf hotel and experience great service!.................................................

The hotel is ok for it's class. The staff are friendly and courteous. You get authentic Kenyan experience through the meals served. However, for conferencing at times there is a lot of nose from side events e.g. swimming galas. There is need to improve on the amenities like adding fridges in the rooms
