Baima Valley Spa resort

I have never stayed in such a bad hot spring hotel. First, the service is poor. There is no staff at the front desk of the bathing center. It was only 10:50 in the morning and I said I was going to have lunch. There was no one there and no service. Guests staying in the hotel are not given a towel # service and the service attitude is extremely poor! # Hygiene is not good. Why is it so unclean when there is no business? There was a strange smell when I checked into the hotel. Only 7 of the 16 pools in the bathing center below were open. The heated swimming pool was cold water and full of floating debris. It was not clean at all. It looked like the water had not been changed. The function rooms were not cleaned and were full of dust, and none of the entertainment rooms were usable! # Value for money The price/performance ratio is not good at all, the environment is not good, the facilities are not good, the hygiene is not good, and most importantly, the service attitude is extremely poor

For a room rate of around 400, there were hairs on the bed and bathroom, which were reported to the room staff. They were told to change rooms, but they had to run around to change the room card. Sigh😮‍💨... But after changing rooms, I found that the problem was still the same... I didn't want to bother with it late at night. Make do with it for one night.

The room is in Chinese style and the decoration is relatively new. Facilities: Very well maintained. Hygiene: Hygiene is acceptable, nothing to dissatisfy. Environment: The environment is good, with green mountains and green waters, quiet. The indoor pool is quite nice. Service: The service is good and polite. Breakfast: Breakfast noodles, pastries and egg porridge are pretty good.

The hotel room includes hot springs, and you can go downstairs to the hot spring pool, so you don't need to change your card, which is very convenient. The room facilities are basic standard room configurations. Of course, the price is not expensive and acceptable. As for the service, whether it is the floor or the pool area, there are basically no waiters in sight, so there is no service. Of course, the most unacceptable thing is that the water in the hot spring pool is not changed overnight. The water was already very dirty when I went there at noon on the first day, and guests were still soaking in it until around 10pm. When I woke up around 6am the next morning, I found that the water in the pool was still the same as yesterday, with unworn bathrobes and slippers scattered around the pool. . The most intolerable thing is when I asked the service staff when the water can be changed, they said without thinking that the water had been changed, and added that it was changed at 11 o'clock last night. It seems that such dishonest words have been said for more than a day. two days

整體情況很不錯，温泉除了一個池子以外，其他都是熱的，泡得很舒服。不過有一節，我希望酒店改善，就是你們那個門鎖經常打不開，還有就是房間比較潮濕，沒有烘乾機，其他還是很滿意的  

衞生間地上總是有漏水，進到房間一股屎味，露天泳池裡全是死蚊子，葉子，温度表也沒度數，漏了洗面奶在他們那裡，打電話也説找不到，早餐也差得，每次去衹有麪粉
