조식 훌륭하고 직원분들이 굉장히 친절하십니다.
룸 청결도는 그냥 엄청나게 깔끔하진 않습니다. 그렇다고 지저분하지도 않습니다. 침구류는 매우 편안하고 깔끔했습니다.
따뜻한 물 굉장히 잘 나오고 주차공간이 많아서 좋았습니다.

I booked a room the other weekend (5.10 6.10). I was very well received, the rooms were great. On Saturday I went for breakfast around 9am and it was almost empty.When an employee appeared, I went to her, and I had to tell her the same thing 3 times, because to my surprise she was wearing headphones listening to music. This really wasn't what I expected from a Hilton. I hope this was an exception and the next time I come back the service will be better.

The best business hotel in Kaiserslautern. I have stayed at all the chain hotels in the area and this Hilton Chain is by far the best of the bunch. Free easy parking,. relatively easy to get to. A short walk to the Centrum. The breakfast is very good with lots of options even for Vegetarians (and meat eaters like me as well). The rooms are very modern and tasteful. Frankly the best functionality and design set up I have seen for a mid range Chain hotel.. Overall very impressed and would easily say the best chain hotel in the area, coming from an IHG Diamond member.

A quick overnight stay for a meeting close to the hotel. Is well located in the centre and easy to find from the highway. Parking is attached to the hotel and is free. Staff are very friendly at both check in and check out. Bar snacks were nice - I can recommend the flammenkuchen with feta ! Breakfast was nice with a selection of hot and cold food. Room was comfortable if a little warm. Everything worked as it should. There were plenty of towels and toiletries. If I come back to Kaiserslautern I would stay here again.

The breakfast is so good here. If you sleep here be sure to eat breakfast - dont skip it. Otherwise, free parking outside is a very big PLUS. It is rather away from the city center, and there is just a supermarket nearby that you can visit. The room with the sofa is a very good room - sadly this hotel is nearly booked out every time i check - the ladies at the desk are very helpful and have read their lines, they are happy to repeat them. This is a hotel that is mainly visited by Americans, so do expect a different crowd. Americans do like to socialize here.

sleep one night from April 13th to 14th. the rooms were spotless. and the staff at reception were very friendly. the worst experience was at Breakfast. cold food, there were no white breads, nor croissants. the boiled eggs were raw inside, which can cause illness. unbelievable for a hotel of this category. completely disappointed.
