Clean, Helpfull, Location was perfect for us. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. And a nice private parking. We could put the bikes up front and the breakfast was great to.

1. The air conditioner in the room we stayed in was not working. The waiter was very perfunctory on the first day and brought us an electric fan. After searching for a long time on the second night, the hotel manager came to check and replied that the air conditioner was not blowing. Some customers complained that the sound of the air conditioner was too loud, so the airflow was turned down. Sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel. Lage direkt an der Autobahn.
Frühstück ist sehr gut, es fehlt jedoch das Rührei und Bacon.
Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Kosmetikartikel stehen auf dem Zimmer bereit. Wenn etwas weiteres benötigt wird, gibt es diese vom Zimmerservice

Good business hotel very well located on the freeway. But also close enough to all the important ones. Localities in kaiserautrn can be reached quickly and easily. Parking in the hotel's own car park directly in front of the hotel costs 5 euros per night. Unfortunately no charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. A bit of a shame and very short-sighted, especially since the hotel is quite new. The rooms are functional and very clean and the reception is open 24 hours

Spent 1 night at this hotel. It is pretty consistent with other HIE around the world. I appreciated they recognized IHG status and loyalty. The room was modern and sufficiently sized. The breakfast was good and enough choices. I do wish they had some Nuremberg sausages or bacon but other than that is was good enough. Wifi was consistent Check in and out pretty quick No gym unfortunately. Parking costs or you can park on the street beside the hotel Ok stay and a consistent HIE

The bartender Sanka is seriously the nicest guy ever! He gave us exceptional service, was very polite, very helpful, gave us really great recommendations for first timers in Germany. He made a drink for us called the Lemon Drop and it was fantastic! I cannot recommend coming here enough and giving Sanka a visit!
