The hotel is located very close to Daqing Temple. It is a very distinctive hotel with a great swimming pool, rich breakfast and delicious food suitable for Chinese people. The front desk service is warm and there is an English-speaking receptionist.

Although Hôtel La Kasbah remains atop the Kairouan TripAdvisor ratings, it would benefit from a refresh. A walk-in shower would be preferable to a tub, more power outlets and the addition of USB ports in the room would support today's electronic needs, and a useable balcony without shutters would encourage clients to enjoy the lovely courtyard view. The buffet room would be vastly improved if it was organized more like a high-end dining room than a cafeteria. Although the hotel is clearly showing its age, we generally enjoyed our experience, due mostly to its central location and staff attentiveness.

Grande delusione per questo albergo: solo una chiave per due persone, molto scomodo se si dorme in coppia, stanza: una sedia per due persone, nessun accappatoio a disposizione ospiti, nessuna pantofola da camera, prodotti al minimo, bagno schiuma e shampoo, vasca altissima che per entrare ed uscire occorre un’abilità non indifferente. Arrivo alle 21 per ritardi vari, ristorante chiude alle 9,30 senza se e senza ma, buffet freddo o appena tiepido, sensazione di dare fastidio, prima colazione accettabile, il cameriere si premura di avvisare che mi sono seduta sola ad un tavolo da tre, poco dopo arriveranno gli amici, altrimenti sarei costretto a cambiare tavolo, infine tanti piccoli o grandi inconvenienti che non fanno di questo albergo il super di cui si parla

This hotel has a unique look that flows into the rooms. Room has AC, bath tub/shower, free wifi, toiletries, in room safe, covered patio. Smorgasbord meals (half board) included with lots of variety. Pool in court yard surrounded by palm trees and birds get noisy at sunset/sunrise. Rooms were quiet.

The dinner and breakfast were terrible. The common areas were unbearably hot because there was no air conditioning. The hotel and the rooms are old, the only thing that can be saved is the pool area. The fridge in the room was very noisy and kept us from sleeping. It does not correspond to a 5* hotel at all.
