I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection.
However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost.
Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

I came out for travel and caught up with the chrysanthemum flowers in Kaifeng, so I chose to stay for another day. The hotel is very good. The rooms are all equipped with large windows. The room facilities are very new and easy to use. The electric blackout curtains and the aromatherapy in the hotel lobby are very special. They can also help store luggage🛅. The girl at the front desk is also very nice and can solve any problems as soon as possible.
