帶孩子住的親子房，很大，一個大床➕一個小床，足夠睡了。設備看着有點舊了，廁所有點小，有個小垛，顯得很窄。空調是中央空調，就是聲音大了點，也不知道怎麼回事，可能就是設備太老了，地理位置倒是挺好的，去哪都方便。

挺滿意的一次體驗。每晚送泡腳盤、湯葯，還有糖水，對白天遊玩走路太多的客人特別有好處，服務態度很好，挺不錯的。近鼓樓商業區，去哪個景點都近。

房間隔音效果不好，因為當天晚上住的時候下雨，窗户漏水，房間門是壞的，鎖不上，晚上睡覺極不安全，説是晚上贈送足浴的，等到十二點也沒人送

房間是老舊了點，其他工作人員都很好，就是前台經理的服務態度還有待提高！入住後也沒有看到什麼進店禮品，沒有就不要寫上去！我連續幾年來開封都是住在這裏的，這次體驗比較差！真有點傷心！
