There has air conditioner which was cool enough , good! only the drawback is some far away to take 20 minutes to JR station but very near the walking street. Bath room a bit of narrow. Appreciated even though medium size hotel but it has car packing lot itself ( located on the hotel's back street with staff to assist you ), so great indeed !

The rooms are not very spacious. There is a simple desk, but it is a chair without a backrest. There is a small refrigerator, but it is not very good at cooling drinks, so I don't think it will be useful in the summer. I stayed here on a business trip, so it is fine if you only use it to sleep.

It is a business hotel located in the downtown Tenmonkan in Minami Kyushu, but it was only called ”Rem”, and I was able to sleep well as rarely for me to sleep until I was woken up by the alarm clock. In the Astronomy-dori area, it is very convenient to eat and drink around. The airport bus is diagonally opposite. You can take the tram to Kagoshima Chuo Station, which is about a ten-minute drive away. The room is much smaller than the Yamato Rune in Kumamoto. They put an extra bed on the sofa for us, but there was no place for the suitcases, so we had to put it away by ourselves. There is a bedside table in the middle of the 1.2-meter double bed, which cannot be put together, so it is crowded for two adults and one child to sleep. The room is cleaned once every three days, and the garbage can be placed at the door. There is not even mineral water. The front desk is on the second floor, and there is only one elevator, so you often have to wait for a long time. The price is not expensive. Four nights for two adults and one child is only a little over two thousand. I may not choose this hotel next time. I stayed 2 nights at thesunflex. The location is excellent with decent sized rooms and our deal included breakfast You can choose from 3 types. You will have to pay for parking i believe tobe 900 yen.not far from the hotel is an excellent bakery called sumomo whichhas tasty products which are 110 to 160 yen so fantastic prices. The staff are excellent and very helpful. Easy walk to the sakurajima ferry and many bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel is a bit far from train station but they do provide free shuttle bus service. The hot springs bath is located on the top floor with good view of the volcano mountain. You can enjoy the views while taking the bath. There are also many shopping and entertainment complexes close by.

I stayed in an ocean view twin room on the 5th floor for one night from June 10th (Saturday). Unfortunately, due to the rain, we were unable to do the ocean SUP that we had planned. This hotel, Sekisui House, is located next to a roadside station and has been opened all over the country for the purpose of revitalizing and interacting with local communities, and Marriott is responsible for its operation. It is a complete ”hotel specializing in lodging,” and meals and activities are provided at nearby local facilities. As it is run by Marriott, the rooms were clean and functionally laid out, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Also, the view of Kinko Bay from the room was wonderful, and there was a beautiful beach right in front of me, so I thought it was a perfect location for swimming in the summer. However, there is no bathtub, and there are no hot spring facilities at the adjacent roadside station, so as a Japanese person who prefers bathtubs, I feel a little unsatisfied. The multipurpose lounge on the first floor was very calm, well-designed, and very comfortable. Here, they provided free services such as coffee and miso soup, as well as a microwave and toaster, all of which were of good quality. It can be made of paper, so I think it will be easier to use if you have cutlery such as plates, spoons, and chopsticks. There's also a coin laundry and a small market space, which I felt was put into place with a lot of thought. I think the issue is the negative relationship between the local community and the hotel. I thought that the area would automatically be revitalized by the establishment of a hotel, and I felt that hotels were leaving all aspects of the area to the area, and there was not much cooperation between them.
