First of all, it's unbelievable. The Yakult drink buffet was served with expired expiration date. I noticed it after my 2 and 4 year old children drank it. I can't believe they served Yakult that was 4 days old! I was worried all day that my stomach would hurt. Don't they check it every day? Yakult doesn't have such a long expiration date. Lack of management. They said they didn't notice, but that's not enough. No matter how much they apologize, I don't trust them. Fortunately, they didn't have diarrhea, but I was also depressed that I gave it to my child. Subsequent evaluation When we arrived, it was far from a warm welcome. We went to the employee standing in front of the gate, and when we asked what we should do with the car, he finally said, "The car is over there." I was honestly surprised. After that, we checked in and booked a private bath for our family. They said they didn't have a private bath for 4 people, so we used the one for 2 people. Since our children are 2 and 4 years old, the tub-shaped bath was dangerous and there was only one washing area, so we regretted using it. I wish they had told me about that. The room was quite normal. The building was old, but it was well-cleaned, and the bedroom had a homely feel reminiscent of my parents' house. The food was excellent. I've been to many hot springs, but this one was the best in terms of taste and quantity. Each dish was made very carefully, and I could feel the thought of the chef. The waitresses were also polite, and I was very happy with their consideration for the children. However, when we finished the meal and left, there was no one there, and I heard a laughter from behind the kitchen curtain, which was a bit disappointing. After finishing the meal and returning to the room, there were children's shoes scattered at the entrance, and I wondered if the futon had been laid out yet, but it had been laid out. What was a fun memory has become a sad one. We used the goto discount, but I don't think we'd use it again at the regular price. More than anything, it's a shame that we couldn't let our children stay there safely.
