The hotel room very old, i stayed there for 2 nights and no hot water for shower .
we are the group of 10 persons , booked for 2 double pyramid view and 2 tripper pyramid view , all room shower without hot water and we Check in on 12am on that day .

The room decoration is very old and the hygiene is not very good. There was also a power outage and water outage in the hotel. The WiFi was not working at all. The elevator buttons could not be displayed. The elevator felt like an accident could happen at any time. The breakfast was even worse. The waiter used his black hands to take the cake directly. We stayed at the hotel for the last night. We were going to visit the Pyramids the next day, so we decided to stay near the scenic spot so it was easy to walk there. The pyramid view room is a bit noisy near the roadside. It's not a big problem if you bring earplugs.
