I was held up at the airport by police all night for accidentally bringing CBD into the country (check your supplements!) and the reception staff and driver stayed up all night for me until I got out and to the hotel. Legends! Thanks so much for that

Un hôtel moderne, une décoration de très bon goût, une superbe literie. Notre suite donnais sur le nouveau musée du Caire. Le personnel très agréable surtout à la réception Mariam et Shamy. Un coup de coeur pour la chambre à Rosher. Je reviendrai en famille... Merci

Excellent hotel! Great staff, great rooftop and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend! I would definitely recommend spending a bit extra to get the room with a jacuzzi! The all you can eat breakfast was also delicious and the rooftop provided great views of the pyramids in the distance.

Beautiful new hotel; lots of construction around with the new museum across the street, but you don’t hear much from inside the hotel. The rooftop is a beautiful addition, and so lovely for the included breakfast, as well as for sunset. Rooms are new and clean, and Mariam, Mokhtar, Roshdy, Ali and the rest of the staff are all so lovely and helpful, always ready to help and greeting you with a smile. Views of the pyramids are stunning - highly recommend this location when you are visiting Cairo!

The room was nice the view from the room also great especially I was staying in room 305..the view just right into the Pyramids of Giza. So beautiful. This hotel have the nice restaurant of the roof top, the food was delicious and also the view was spectacular. You can see the sunrise and the sunset from this rooftop. So..very recommended this hotel to stay. I really enjoy it😇🙏♥️ The staff also very kindly😇

Overall, it was a very good experience. The room was big enough to accommodate a family of four. Also, most of the staff are super lovely. Especially Mariam & Shamy from the reception and Ali, Mohammed, and Hany from the restaurant. They were super nice to us and especially to our kids. On the other hand, the hotel could push less on booking trips with another company through them.

Todos los trabajadores del hotel fueron encantadores, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y pensando en lo que nosotros necesitábamos. Las habitaciones fueron muy comodas y amplias. Estaba el hotel muy limpio y el desayuno riquísimo. Marian fue muy amable y se encargó de ayudarnos con los taxistas.

I spent 4 nights with this hotel and all of my requirements were met and in most cases exceeded, with the staff going over and above to make sure that I am well looked after and I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to the staff members and I will definitely book this hotel for my future stay.
