We were a group of three couples (three rooms) and we stayed for 2 nights. None of us wanted to be in the room only at night during sleeping time, because the rooms were not comfortable. However, the best thing was outside the garden was very beautiful with lawn grass well maintained, superb atmosphere and the best area to sit and to have drinks/lunch etc. We had two significant issues and I was the group leader; in the morning all my companions complained that they were not able to sleep well that night because the pillows were very hard and stiff (some used birth towels instead), and my wife and I said so we were lucky then two of our pillows were soft. Anyway, we complained to the manager who appeared to be a very nice and charming person who tried to help us to his utmost. He promised that the pillows would be changed, so the second night my wife and I became the victims because they swapped the pillows (our soft pillows were replaced with the hard ones, and so on). The other issue is; payment in the hotel restaurant (I urge every guest to be more careful with a bill before paying). On the first day we had a light dinner, after we paid the bill we found it was more than what was supposed to be paid, though the amount was not that much about US $18 so we didn’t bother for 6 people. On the second day we had dinner at the same place, this time the bill was extremely high, we asked the waiter to count everything and he apologized and said yes! It’s wrong, so who did this? He answered the cashier so we went with him to the cashier and the cashier also admitted that, I’m sorry something went wrong here……this time the bill was more than $55 extra. We didn’t inform the manager because he was too nice but we informed our tour guide he said we must have reported this issue to the manager (he later said he must report this issue)
