The hotel looks nice in outside. Rooms are small but its ok it can be small but nice. In this case furniture was broken and old, soft bad always moved, The 2 rooms where on the sunny side on 7 floor the room was a dust box. we could not wait everyday to get out of it. The room stuff did not clean them well. The breakfast was nice nothing to say about that. May be we stayed 20 days and that is to long for this hotel. The front desk people where not nice, In this huge hotel no business center! They would ask you to pay to print something out. The hotel is very dirty and has old feel of it.It was worst 29 days stay at Yurmala. Latvia felt like Ukraine they had flags of Ukraine everywhere building busses inside hotels it was discussing.

Welcoming staff.
We vacationed with our family and our four-legged friend.
2.5 hours of SPA on Friday and 1.5 hours on Saturday.
Tasty breakfast.
Visiting the hotel in January with the whole family has already become our good tradition. 👍

Everything was fine. The room is clean. Spa is good enough. I just didn't inquire about the principle of recording after using the spa bar (either by saying the room number or by scanning the given watch). We felt a little uncomfortable when checking out, because they asked us to pay for the use of the spa bar. The amount was small, but it was very strange, because the spa bar was not used, so I cannot draw conclusions as to how it could be calculated.

Amazing time in Jūrmala Spa Hotel. Thank you all staff for the hard work! We are back now in December and January. We had half board and food was very tasty. The spa area is just a perfect place for relax. We stayed in newly renovated room on 9th floor - I definitely would recommend to stay here.

Spa center really needs update. It's cold there! In the women's shower, male repairmen were wandering around; out of 6 showers, only 2 were working. The floor in the sauna was terribly slippery, and not because of the large amount of water, but more because of the mucus. I fell. The lockers in the dressing room did not close, the hairdryer did not work.

The location, the spa, the comfortable bed and the comfortable rooms were great! Thank you for making me feel so special on my birthday by gifting me a box of macarons! It was such a lovely surprise and I felt like such an important guest! I loved staying there!

Это второе посещение данного отеля и оно оказалось прекрасным. Нас быстро засели. На рецепшен очень вежливый персонал. Все объяснили и показали. Номер был супериор. Просторный. Чистый. Большая (огромная) кровать. Есть холодильник, чайный набор, вода в свободном доступе в коридоре. В ванной комнате косметика с каким то очень вкусным ароматом. Спа в этот раз очень понравился. Теплые бассейны, джакузи, бани. Особенно хочу отметить ужин в ресторане. Повара и персонал огромные молодцы. Было очень очень вкусно. Обслуживание великолепное. Спасибо большое за прекрасно проведенный вечер. Завтрак нам понравился тоже. Небольшой выбор, но все есть. Каши, овощи. сосиски, рыба, фрукты, прекрасная выпечка. Мы обязательно вернемся еще раз. Спасибо за отдых.

Питьевая вода теперь не в бутылках а в кулере на этаже. Есть холодильник в номере. Из минусов неприятный запах при заезде, чтото с вентиляцией. Бар на 11 этаже не стоит совсем посещать. Не вкусные коктейли. В зоне бассейнов можно попить, тоже есть кулер. В ресторане, в зоне завтрака идет ремонт,выпить кофе глядя на Йомас не получится, все закрыто кленкой(
