Ramada by Wyndham Juneau

Stay at ramada was a 4/5 with early check in and nice and supportive staff. Location was near and walkable from downtown. Every excursion pickup point is literally 5-10min walkable from hotel. Only reasons for not giving 5/5 are 1. Room Phone was not working 2. Temperature control of Shower if our room was not working though they did provide alternate room just for shower purpose I would recommend this hotel for nearness to downtown and especially friendly staff

Excellent Hotel for it’s budget price point. Well located , free parking, updated rooms , friendly staff. Ask for Room # 315 . Great view of the harbour .Make sure you try Tracey’s King Crab Shack , it’s right across street. Downtown is walkable from the hotel but still away from the crowds .

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and were very pleased with the accommodations. Our room was clean, large, and overlooked the water. The bed was comfy and the onsite restaurant was great for breakfast! It was a short walk to the waterfront and shops/restaurants. The price was high but considering the season, location, and quality, we felt the overall value was good. The two pictures were taken off our balcony, very beautiful views! Would definitely stay here again if we ever travel back to Juneau!

We spent 4 nights in the hotel as part of a multi stop trip to USA. Check in was easy and staff were helpful. The room itself was large, clean, but a little dated. We were overlooking the front of the hotel and car park, and would have benefitted from some kind of privacy/net curtain at the window. There was a huge amount of storage space, a fridge and a coffee making facility. Staff in the kitchen did provide us with milk for a cup of tea. The rooms were not service daily, but on request. Toiletries are provided but are of the very small travel variety; not very environmentally friendly and fiddly. We ate in the restaurant. Service was quick and the portion sizes were huge. Location was great for downtown Juneau.

Excellent stay as always although much higher cost than previous stays. Restaurant is excellent and room was great. Staff at hotel and restaurant were awesome.

Just fun times! Three ladies for a little getaway. We did a whale watching tour, wondered around town and shops, and drove out to St. Theresa Shrine. Beautiful area.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Ramada. Perfect location for walk ability into town for restaurants and sightseeing. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable, also quiet and spacious. We ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, both of which were very good with excellent wait staff. The owner makes his own ice cream!

Had reservations for two one-night stays after week-long boat charter from Sitka to Juneau. Property is nice with great views and an exquisite restaurant. Upon initially trying to check in, our rooms weren't ready but we were greeted by Graycen, who proved to be a wealth of knowledge about both the property and surrounding area; unfortunately, this type of service is becoming a thing of the past, but she exemplified the definition of hospitality. Later on we did encounter a small issue with our reservations, but it was handled swiftly and in a very fair manner by GM Jessica. After this experience, it wasn't hard to tell why Graycen did such a great job - great service has a trickle-down effect and Jessica is an excellent example of a leader. Typically not a Wyndham fan, but I would definitely stay here if in Juneau again.

Stay of 4 days - The water was consistently cold for 4 days, in February is not what you can bare. The rooms temperature was consistently around 78 F and the only way to reduce it a little was opening the windows... in February! Cleaning service in the room was nonexistent. Once handed a trash bag directly to a staff member, I never has a replacement bag.
