The room seem to be little smaller and AC was little weak initially. But rest of the things were great. Oh yes, I booked from trip.com. but the hotel system did not have my reservation. They took at least 15 mins to verify before I was getting the key.

Fiquei hospedada no Mercure Jundiaí Shopping em fevereiro de 2025. A experiência foi muito boa. As fotos anunciadas pelo hotel condiz com a realidade. Hotel com padrão 5 estrelas. Quartos e banheiros impecáveis na limpeza e conforto. Qurto espaçoso com cozinha e utensílios novinhos, tudo funcionando. Banheiro com excelentes produtos para banho. Enxováveis mega confortáveis. O café da manhã é uma atração a parte. Eles realmente investem na qualidade de produtos frescos, saboros e variados. Tem um bar dentro do hotel com drinks deliciosos, música ao vivo e sinuca. Além disso, lavanderia OMO e academia que fez toda diferença na nossa hospedagem. Funcionários receptivos e muito bem preparados para nos atender. Valeu muito a pena, dou 5 estrelas e nota 10 para toda a estrutura e serviços oferecidos. Ah, e o preço das diárias é realmente barato para o padrão do hotel. Podem se hospedar sem medo. Vale cada investimento e cada centavo pago. Gostei demais de tudo.
