Some rooms were clean but my kid's room was filthy, A/C filter had not been cleaned in what looked like months and months ago, they don't clean behind the head boards at all dust was inches thick! They had a pool was 1 of the reason we booked there, Nope it was'nt open and with the pool closed you couldn't use the BBQ which was another reason we booked there so we could cook out!! All in all I paid for 2 nights and came home the next day, very disappointed because we had stayed there before with O problems , Wont be staying there again

Best shower ever while traveling! We're traveling with 2 dogs so finding motels makes it much easier to get in and out. The room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. The water pressure was perfect! And the tub was the best I've ever seen in any hotel! Everything was clean. The A/C cranked! Room offered everything needed.

Great service and very nice place. Pool area was clean and the lobby was in perfect order. Rick was awesome and stayed up late for my arrival. There aren't many places in the area that have high ratings but this pulls 4 on most sites for a reason. Safe, nice, and good breakfast! Don't hesitate to book here.

We stayed January 6th and thought it was clean and staff was friendly. So we stayed again on our way back home. The room was $26 more dollars. This was 2 weeks later. We were traveling with 2 small dogs which costs $30 more. We are good with that even though it seemed high. This time we were given a room with tile floors which was fine but they were so dirty we didn’t want to walk on them without shoes. Sink had hair in it and unknown stuff. Was definitely a different experience than the first one. Also had a smell.

Small little motel (not a chain!!!) with extremely clean rooms, lots of parking at your door and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are large and also very clean. And there is breakfast in the office. Make your own waffle, have cereal, scrambled eggs, toast, etc.

I grew up, knowing that motels were not someplace you wanted to stay, but after reading some reviews, I gave it a shot and loved it. I recommend this place before you look at any other an area. With its updated amenities, flatscreen TV, bathrooms, etc. there is ample businesses within walking distance if you plan on staying for nights for five.

Nice, clean inexpensive motel. Better than I expected. Roomy, appears to be recently remodeled. Ample parking at your door. Quiet. Even has a breakfast station to cook your own waffle, along with scrambled eggs, toast, cereal, coffee & juices. We visit South Llano River State Park often, and this little motel is now our place to stay.

The room I was given did not look like any of the pictures. The rug was stained in several places. The walls were dirty with cobwebs in the corners. When I woke up I discovered that I had about a dozen big bites on me. I would not recommend this place. Apparently when they cleaned the room they left the door open cause we had to kill 6 flys in the room.

We stayed here for a single night, two queen bedroom. The room was large, clean & bed comfortable. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner. Room had a small refrigerator & microwave. There was a table with two chairs. One sofa. Everything worked perfectly. We swam in the outdoor pool.
