Good stopping point between west Texas and San Antonio, many nearby restaurants and gas stations ranging between sit-down local venues and fast-food chains. Hotel was clean, beds comfortable, bath was tidy. Front staff was excellent. Breakfast is average. Walls and floors are thin. My upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants upstairs, if I can make any recommendation, choose to stay on the 3rd floor.

Good Clean room and bathroom; the desk chair raises to a proper height for typing, but the chair back leans back too easily; the a/c works well; breakfast is very good. Not good Bath towels are in a cubbyhole under the sink near the door; there are not enough towel racks next to the shower where towels should be hung; no horizontal grab bar on the shower back wall; not enough power outlets at the work table. Overall Good place to stay.

This is a great hotel with awesome service and a refreshing pool! Everything is very clean. The beds are super comfortable with soft sheets and great pillows. The breakfast in the morning is delicious with so many options. A special shout out to Jackie who had the heart of a servant as she took care of us during breakfast on Father's Day! Thanks Jackie!

This was a free reward night. The clerk told me he was giving me an upgrade. It was a handicap room. The linens looked dirty and wrinkled. The shower head did not work correctly and sprayed water everywhere. The soap container in the shower was not working at all. When I called the clerk to report, he said there was nothing he could do about it. All the rooms were booked. I made the reservation well over a month ago. I want my free night back!

This hotel provided our group of 3 adults with an excellent overnight stay. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival. The room was well-appointed (loved the bright, modern bathroom!) and the window shade kept out that pesky light first thing in the morning. The beds had just the right firmness and there were several choices of pillow firmness. Breakfast the next morning was a real treat and the staff kept it well-stocked. Not only were the cinnamon rolls delicious, but there were packaged chocolate chip cookies to-go. I only wish I had had room to try the make-your-own pancake machine. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip out to Big Bend.

A true gem ! We were in town for a wedding and were able to use our points to stay Points or not this place is a steal but if it worries you the full hot breakfast certainly sweetens this place Check in and out was super easy. Third floor room for the win. We also had the king size bed with sofa Two TVs All the amenities from the keurig coffee make to the fixtures were on point. Bedding was clean and extra was already provided Did I mention the two large TVs in the room . Place looked fairly secure as key was required entry everywhere but in the front entrance Really sold on the breakfast area ! The only thing they didn't have was waffles but everything else was ther including make on demand pancakes Even provided to go bags so you could take something for later Very clean We will definately stay here again
