The hotel was ok. King bed placement was not conducive to watching tv. Ice machine not working on main floor. Saturday morning there were coffee pumps out but upon filling cup it was yesterday’s cold coffee. According to what we were told by front desk at check-in breakfast would be available at 6:30 and now informed it’s 7 on the weekends. Minutes are miles so we left.

We stayed in this hotel for 8 days,helping my daughter and her family with getting ready to transfer out of Ft.Riley..My experience with this hotel was excellent,the staff was very friendly and helpful..Kudos to the front desk staff ( especially when you see the front desk manager Tiara sweeping the front lobby)..House keeping was very efficient..The only issue I had was no complimentary breakfast,portions were small for the price..Your training is top notch..

Hotel had an old smell, could have been cleaner. No complimentary breakfast! All Marriott hotels at one time had a nice complimentary breakfast. Now some don't have free coffee in their lobbies. Need to fine another hotel chain! Hotels are under regulated. Poor service and the sky the limit on pricing. If you were driving down the road and ran into a traffic jam, then find gas price just doubled. You would be very mad! Well hell hotels can do this!!!

The check in process at this hotel was easy. The room needed a lot of help, it was very well warn, it smelled musty, there were stains on the couch and the furniture creaked when you sat on it. We were fortunate to only be staying there for one night.

Conveniently located near all the basic amenities. The hotel is in need of some renovations to the rooms and hot water system. The front desk and bistro staff are very friendly and helpful. Some of the Housekeeping staff are not very personable and sometimes inconsiderate. Good for a night or two but not for extended stays.

Although we have stayed here many times on our frequent trips from Indianapolis to Denver , I am sorry to say this stay was disappointing. Our room had a sofa in it that was dirty and besides overall dirt on arms etc had a nasty black stain on it . Also they no longer supply shampoo, conditioner , lotion small bottles and instead have large containers hanging in the shower. This would be fine except that the conditioner was totally empty and the shampoo had only a few drops in it. Minor frustrations but I doubt that we will stay here again ..

It’s not bad for a small town hotel. Not great. Decent price. We stayed in the one room suite with 2 queen beds. Very conveniently located in town. Close to the military base. Room had several things that obviously needed to be repaired, but not anything worth specifically mentioning. We all enjoyed the large balcony on our room.

Most of staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the salt water pool very much. The grounds were clean and breakfast at The Bistro was good. I recommend the breakfast sandwich. I really appreciated how the staff on the day shift tried to make the guests feel welcome. The night clerk was irritated and rude when I asked for more towels because I rang the bell after waiting about 10-15 minutes when no one was at the counter. We got our towels and one persons bad day did not erase the good experience that we had.

Absolute amazing customer service! This was everything you should expect from a Marriott experience. The staff was beyond accommodating, super friendly. Every time I would encounter housekeeping in the hallway they would greet me the front desk. Staff made me feel like family. The hotel grounds were super clean the area is a little bit rough but the hotel is completely safe clean. I cannot say enough nice things about my check in experience. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I definitely will be returning one of the things I truly like is that it’s pet friendly, but extremely clean.
