Tolles Frühstück in angenehmer Unterkunft
Schön gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war super! Regionale Produkte und große, frische Brötchen vom Bäcker waren einfach ein toller Start in den Tag.
Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und funktionell in Ordnung erinnerte aber teilweise etwas an Jugendherberge.
Eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser wäre bei dem Preis allerdings wünschenswert bzw. ist in der Preisklasse eigentlich Standard.

Hotel entspricht völlig den Erwartungen
Das Hotel entspricht vollkommen den Erwartungen und ist für junge Familien gut geeignet. Auch als Paar ohne mitreisende Kinder kann das Hotel in Jülich empfohlen werden, da dort professionelle Standards herrschen. Die Lage ist sehr abgelegen und im Sommer sicherlich ein Pluspunkt. In der dunklen Jahreszeit weniger und es sollte unbedingt die Beleuchtung um das Hotel herum verbessert werden. Bei Dunkelheit nach 22:00 zum Nachteingang zu gehen ist ohne Taschenlampe kein Vergnügen.

Børne-ferie-paradis
Virkelig et fantastisk hotel med adgang til park med legeplads og zoo og indendørs legeplads. Venligt personale og god service.
Det eneste lille minus var, at vores værelse var mega varmt og uden aircondition eller anden udluftning end muligheden for at åbne et vindue.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte in questo confortevole albergo. Sicuramente il punto forte è di essere proprio all'interno del bellissimo parco Bruckenkopf park, accessibile direttamente, ideale per le famiglie.

I had an absolutely terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. I chose to celebrate my daughter’s birthday there, but from the moment we arrived, the service was shockingly poor, and the staff showed a complete lack of concern for their guests. The issues that occurred during my daughter’s birthday celebration made the entire experience incredibly stressful for me, my guests, and my daughter’s friends. It fell far below the standard I would expect from a hotel with this reputation and price range. When I approached management to address these problems, their response was appalling. Instead of offering any solutions or even an apology, they were rude, shouting at us and even telling us to leave the premises. It was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The level of disrespect and lack of customer care we encountered was shocking. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Vreselijk, kom je savobds laat aan krijg je te horen dat je na 22u niet meer naar buiten kan, echter 21.50 was de voordeur al dicht dus eventueel naar de auto lopen kon niet. Stinkende kamer leek geur van natte hond en badkamer een rioollucht Uiteraard 21.50 niemand te bekennen om te melden. Op de muur 3 dode vliegen geplakt Vies tapijt op de gangen Smorgens geen goedemorgen in de ontbijtzaal maar snauwende gerda achter de warmhoudplaat. Direct na bak slappe koffie weggegaan, de 2e nacht hebben we elders geslapen, de sleutel bij de telefoon op de balie gelegd immers geen personeel achter de receptie. 24u later een mail of we de sleutel willen inleveren of anders 30 euro boete moeten betalen, dit laat ook weer zien hoe slecht de communicatie in het hotel is.. Ik heb 2 nachten betaald en ben er 1 nacht gebleven. Als kreeg ik 30 euro toe ik kom er niet meer
