We booked the room through the sales team of Moksha and paid some advance amount as well. The challenges started right after this. Post the booking neither the sales person picked up our call, nor the property manager. We were sending them emails and text messages with no response. As per the package we received we were supposed to get a pick-up from airport. We had nowhere to confirm any details on the driver. Our flight reached at 6.40am in the airport, it was freaking cold and we saw noone there to pick us up and again our unfruitful attempts of calling them and finally after 30 minutes someone picked up the call and said he will arrange for a cab. After almost 50-60 minutes after our arrival we were picked up. We reached the property and it is heavenly beautiful and we had a smooth check-in process. The story still doesn't end here, in the rest room only half toiletries were kept, you have to ask for soaps and shampoo (note there were just two families in the entire resort). The Wifi never worked and even after speaking to the manager about it, they did nothing in the 2 days stay we were there. We were provided with a safe locker in the room to keep valuables, which never worked :P and staffs are clueless about anything you ask, including the manager. The food is way too over priced, but tasty. I will say this can be a great property with a good management. Its just that the staffs are pathetic.
