Hotel em Joinville muito bem localizado. A equipe de atendentes é atenciosa. Destaco especialmente o ótimo serviço prestado pelos funcionários Olinda, Maria e Jonas. Também avalio positivamente o serviço dos manobristas. Quando retornar a Joinville, certamente me hospedarei nesse hotel novamente.

Deception if it were me would never enter this hotel. As I was on a trip ....A room full of powder. My wife's sleeve fell and I found that there was no cleaning on the floor for a long time so much powder, hair, paper sheets and even plastic on the floor. The yellow face and body tools to disguise the heads' smells are spraying that I think is water with adding, with a half roll and another on the bathroom, with a very dirty sign and with teeth screws. There was a wrist, a mosquito and a unit in the box on the ladder, and a wrist of wet and mosquito clean paper. Another thing leaves cookies on the freezer and without a price table, and not with the amount available to surprise you when check out. A reasonable morning coffee, some things mostly cheese bread, would have been made in the hurry, and another surprise a fia returning from a walk a night of a chicket unit we had not consumed. I went complaining, and they disregarded ....mas from an impression that something is wrong. Why did the copper not put toilet paper instead of levying a non-consumed item? Why did it not clean the floor of the apartment? Another thing one enters and leaves the hotel that shows you can enter and leave with anyone without being disturbed.

I have stayed at the Mercure in Joinville every month, in the last two yeas, for business and it is aways a great experience. Although the hotel is a bit old and it is currently under renovation, the service is really good and makes it the best hotel in town. One episode that made me write this review has happened recently. I have lost my phone inside to the hotel, between breakfast and check out... and when I realised I was without the phone I became extremely worried believing that someone has taken it. With this situation at hand, the staff was fantastic. Enzo and Daniel at the front desk, helped me to calm down, get my computer, log in to apple find and finally find the phone at the parking lot They were mote than professional, they were kind and helpful. Therefore, I confidently recommend anyone who is going to Joinville to stay at the Mercure.

Vou sempre a trabalho então nao sou eu quem escolho o hotel e sim a empresa,foi um dos melhores ate agora que ela escolheu. Ótima recepção, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, quarto confortável cheiroso, aconchegante. um café da manhã espetacular com muita variedades de frutas, sucos doces e salgados, ótima localização, ambiente super agradável, muito verde na volta.

I loved the days q I passed in this hotel, all mto staff careful and educated . Hotel mto well located , mto clean, and near the Müller shopping . The board and iron of passing clothes have. Electric coffee maker for tea. The shower is great. The bathroom has shampoo and air conditioner and a great hair dryer .

Great hotel located close to airport, and to city center, room was big, with 2 queen beds, comfortable sleep, super clean, awesome shower. Free parking, and breakfast, always a plus. Front desk personnel was courteous and efficient, easy check n and out. I would definitely return if in town!

O hotel tem uma estrutura bem legal, mas precisa melhorar alguns pontos; As piscinas são aquecidas, isso é muito legal para as crianças, mas precisa de uma melhor manutenção. As jacuzzis são fechadas, isso é muito legal, mas duas estavam em manutenção durante toda estadia. A piscina e as jacuzzis internas são ótimas, pegamos dias frios e deu pra aproveitar muito. Não tem salva vidas nas piscinas, o que pra mim não foi um problema. A recreação parece bem legal, tem algumas opções de passeios para as crianças e adultos. O que não é legal são os monitores gritando literalmente, na hora das refeições na tentativa de interagir com os hóspedes. Minha viajem foi com bebê de 7 meses, isso muda minha experiência, com certeza! Tem uma sala de jogos com mesas de sinuca, um parquinho interno (falta manutenção), palco e um fogão a lenha onde é oferecido uma sopa à noite, além de itens para fazer chimarrão. O espaço é interessante, porém tentamos participar das atividades, mas os recreadores usam uma caixa de som e o volume é excessivamente alto, não tem como conversar, não é um ambiente agradável com bebês. Anexo, tem uma quadra de futebol/volei. Minha estadia foi durante a semana, são 6 refeições, mas nada de especial comida boa, mas bem simples. O restaurante é amplo, isso é um ponto positivo. Faltam opções de suco natural, por exemplo. Andamos de charrete, pedalinho e passeio de caminhão, adoramos a experiência. Nosso quarto era com banheira, super amplo e tudo novo, mas vi quartos bem antigos em outros prédios. Apesar de novo o prédio fica muito longe das áreas de piscina e restaurante, você precisa pegar um bondinho, meio arcaico para chegar nos lugares, pois o caminho é extremamente íngrime e cansativo ainda mais com bebê. O trajeto do bondinho demora 3 min, no início até e legal, vista linda, mas no decorrer da estadia se torna muito chato. Estava com bebê, então tinha que levar tudo que precisaria durante o dia, pois voltar até o quarto demorava muito. Sem contar o checkin as 18h, isso é muito fora do comum. Os funcionários todos muitos simpáticos e prestativos, um dos dias observamos um funcionário reclamando da equipe para os hóspedes, isso não foi legal. Não participamos das atividades pagas a parte. Tem cavalo, porcos e coelhos e uma cabra que fica solta nas dependências, achei bem fofa. Por ser um hotel fazenda poderiam melhorar a interação, respeitando os animais.
