The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpfull. Thank you to Executive Puan Sarimah Sapwi on your kind helpfull. I was here attending company training. What I want to say is it the ballroom is very spacious and comfort. The room ia a sound proof. The food is very good and deliciuos. It is variety and very tastefully. The High tea also very good especially a mee goreng mamak. Overal is very good.

Booked the hotel with club access at attractive rates. However, kinda disappointed that the club access besides having a nice chill out room has no one manning the room even during the stated timing between 3pm to 7pm. And that essentially means zero refreshment or any snacks. Rooms under club access are big and comes with good room amenities like powered bidet and showering with body jets. Location is abit far from JB bit the lower price justify it. For those people that are superstitious, u might want to take note to inform the hotel not to give u rooms with facings that face the chinese graveyard.

I recently stayed at Hotel KSL in Johor Bahru and had a wonderful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment at the attached mall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was pleasant and hassle-free. Love the people at the front desk, they are always so happy and friendly. Check-in took a bit longer than usual but the staff were very apologetic. I stayed in the Urban room at level 12 facing the highway and river. To my surprise it was rather quiet I can’t really hear the traffic. Morning breakfast at level 6 was pretty crowded. The next morning I just went down earlier and it was great. The girls at breakfast were always happy to welcome us… keep it up 👍

Excellent hotel to stay in. I guess the hotel just newly renovated but the air conditioning in the room a bit old and not well maintained. The air conditioning too cold at night even though we set up 27 degrees celcius. The surface of the air conditioning was frozen. Breakfast wise very good. The quality was excellent. You will have warm croissants and warm danish pastries. Come with local dishes as well. All the staff starting from the front desk staff, the parking guard, the F&B teams was friendly. Overall stay was pretty good.

It's our 5th time over here in our favourite hotel in Johor Bahru. We simply just lurve to do StayCation over here in Amari, Johor Bahru. Everything was okay and smooth except for the toilet flush which operates on a slow mode. We are definitely being patient on the usage as most of the time as we are always outside. Lurve and missing out the breakfast as it has been 3 months since our last stay over here. Both my mum and myself are definitely enjoying ourselves and we are looking forward to be back over here for our next StayCation in Johor Bahru once again. The stay was really comfortable and it is easy to get around with Grab. However, the walk to Aeon Tebrau might be a little challenging in the evening due to the high traffic flow. The staff are really friendly and they even whatsapp me to check with me constantly on my check-in time :) Overall, a great stay!

The hotel was near the checkpoint so it was very convenient to travel into singapore. The room was very spacious but it would be nice if they provided a full length mirror. The front desk was very friendly and the area was bustling so there are many food options or you can also opt for delivery. Would definitely recommend!

I really nice spacious room, we stayed in 307, which is a one-bed room apartment, please note there are smaller rooms. this is really good if you are staying for a few days, large living room with an induction cooker, toaster, microwave, and fridge. They also included plates and bowls. for cooking equipment and glassware, you will need to contact housekeeping, i stayed only 2 nights so i didn't bother. one big pet peeve was that the dish provided was too big for the microwave, so please heat up your food in the containers before plating them. Both the microwave and fridge worked well, it made ice in around 2 to 3 hours. the shower was great, with constant temperature and good water pressure. the bedroom lacked a TV only the TV was in the living room, so that was a bummer, the room was also a bit noisy as i think there is a family of birds living in the air-con compressor so if you are a light sleeper, you want to give this a miss. The road outside can also get noisy at all hours. The nightlife is interesting, with quite a few bars and restaurants, and lots of motorized scooter rental stores, this does have quite a big issue with me, with alot of teens and kids zooming up and down the harbor at night, it does get dangerous for families with smaller kids. The selling point of this place is its proximity to Legoland, unfortunately, it is a tad hard to get a Grabcar (a rideshare service like Uber) because at the moment the area is not as busy as it was pre-covid. i see families waiting 30mins to an hour to get a car. If you drive, there is an underground carpark (complimentary). The most disappointing was the breakfast, not enough food, and they were unable to cope with the number of people. they struggled to fill coffee pots, juice dispensers, cut fruits, and bread. once something came out, it was gone in minutes. Overall, I would recommend this place for families, just skip the breakfast and make something in the room.

Arrived at the hotel at 4pm and check in process was smooth. Given bag of remote control tv and aircond. Wifi was good. Put deposit rm50. Room smell good bedsheet was clean. But the bathroom door cannot close. But its okay because i just stay for one night. The aircond was good but i dont know how to use the tv 🤣. Many mamak restaurant nearby and close to AEON. Checkout process smooth and return deposit. Tq to receiptionist.
