No complimentary car park. Pillow and bedsheet is very bad. The lobby is stuffy and not well ventilated during day time.

I would like to file a complaint regarding T Hotel.
The bed sheets had a lot of dirty stains, and even after changing them, they were still yellow. All three beds had the same issue. The person who came to change the sheets also had a terrible attitude.
Additionally, the showerhead was broken, and the floor was sticky and had not been cleaned.
We are now requesting a refund.
