The apartment is quite clean. However we got a room at Tower A facing the high way. So at night, u can hear very loud car noise pass through. So if you are a light sleeper, better message the owner not to give a house near highway. It would be great to have water dispenser in the house. Shower amenities are not labelled. It would be best to label what is inside the bottles. No toothbrush provided. There is washing machine with free power detergent which is good. No bathroom mat is provided therefore bathroom floor is always wet after showering which could lead to fall. The view is awesome.

It's our 5th time over here in our favourite hotel in Johor Bahru. We simply just lurve to do StayCation over here in Amari, Johor Bahru. Everything was okay and smooth except for the toilet flush which operates on a slow mode. We are definitely being patient on the usage as most of the time as we are always outside. Lurve and missing out the breakfast as it has been 3 months since our last stay over here. Both my mum and myself are definitely enjoying ourselves and we are looking forward to be back over here for our next StayCation in Johor Bahru once again. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable facing seaview and JDT training 🏟. Restaurants are within the vicinity of the hotel. The only downside of the hotel is limited seating area and unsuitable food arrangements in its restaurant, which poses problem for aged persons or people with disabilities to take food themselves as need to use a staircase to get food.

The check in was slightly early around 230pm. Was given 15 floor and the room was clean just the that the shower knobs need to replace. The breakfast was good. Hope to return again……

second booking and we enjoyed the stay. check in and check out was fast. the only downside was that we requested for utensils and they told us there's no room service, we have to head down to the lobby to get it ourselves. will definitely return again :)

Swift check-in process Hazwani/Diana attended to me and present the key card. Room has no fridge. Only x1 plug/socket to charge my electronic device. Do bring your own power bank for hp to be recharged. No complimentary mineral bottles. Jaya Grocer is just opposite via RF mall, went there to buy, wide choices available in store. Toothbrush and toilet amenities provided. Washroom very spacious and clean. Had breakfast at RF mall since there's quite few new food stalls : Chicken Rice Xpress / Pizza/ All things Fried Loveeeee the location as it's nice to be away from the crazy chaos of human traffic at JBCC/KOMTAR Had my 40th Bday feast at Todak Seafood Restaurant 😋 Highly recommend !

This hotel is 4 star very near to s’pore city & the hotels surrornded with many restaurants & club & pubs Osm . Dont miss out to Go to NZ Spa which is located at facility flr level 7 . Its sauna , body Massage & jacussi is super good open till morning from evening to 5 am the rate fir this spa is reasonable rate & can pay via cash or online payment . The Front desk officer is very friendly too . I really enjoy staying in this hotel but only think the swimming pool area now is closed due to Maintenance work . The Gym & NZ spa facilities is a available . Great trip & i really enjoy staying here & spend my weekends .

Had a one night stay over the weekends, everything was good until I realised I got bed bug bites all over when I left the hotel. The room we stayed in was 2802 but I didn’t manage to capture any photo evidence of bed bugs as I have already checked out when the itch got worse and I saw all the bug bites on my arms and leg. I’ve stayed at Capri many times but it’s the first time I experienced this. Went to the doctor and confirmed I had bed bug bites. Contacted the hotel through trip.com but the hotel staff said they didn’t find any bed bugs. Hope they can thoroughly check again to prevent this from happening to other guests. Photos of my bed bug bites when Im back in SG.

Frequently attended by Mr Hazim each time we came to check in into our accommodation. Hazim has always been well-mannered and attentive to his client's request. Well-appointed rooms were given as per our request. This hotel has been our go-to bcos of its strategic location! The doorman uncle is always ready to greet visitors with a smile by the hotel entrance door on all our trips since 2022. Rooms are spacious, and the washroom is clean, house keeping did a good job. Highly recommend this place
