The hotel is very close to the shopping mall, it is very convenient to call a taxi, and the security is very good. The decoration is very new and has a sense of design, and all rooms include free breakfast. Recommended to stay.

The breakfast is really delicious with a wide variety of both sweet and savory treats; from crossaints and pastries to omelets, chakalaka and lamb sausages - the staff is also extremely helpful and friendly! Ten out of ten would definitely recommend! Can't wait to visit again!

The best service ever. The place is clean and the breakfast is delicious. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. Kerp up the good work Hyatt House Rosebank. Unfortunately it was cold, and windy during our stay, and we never got to enjoy the pool but I had a beautiful pic of the sunrise taken from the pool side.

Kim at the front desk was very helpful, setting up the WiFi and making me feel welcome. The entire staff is warm and friendly, making me feel at home. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with every staff member being friendly and attentive. They always greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed anything. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for business or leisure trips. I highly recommend Hyatt House Rosebank to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Johannesburg. The staff is amazing, and I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was delicious and dinner options were even good too! Location seems secluded but just one street back from an outdoor mall with tons of restaurant and shopping options. Beautiful views in the morning from rooftop terrace. Service and security were also on point. For our needs, this Hyatt was ideal!

So first off, if you are expectant in your first trimester - I do NOT recommend. The entryway was absolutely drenched in some kind of air freshener which was insufferable. 🤪 The wifi didn’t work either for most of our stay. If you can work around having no wifi, the hotel is good for business trips. Good location and walkable distance to the mall. Rooms are apartment style, and generous with space. The breakfast is decent, and this was probably my most enjoyable meal.

Reception was quick and easy check in. Like the snack bar and fountain outside your restaurant. Well management hotel with friendly staff and management

Visiting from the United States. Great location, great accommodations, but what makes this property so special is the staff. Special thanks to Maria and Clifford for everything. However everyone is awesome. The restaurant staff and breakfast were beyond exceptional.

Great value hotel will excellent staff. Clifford in particular was so helpful and attentive, walking me to and from restaurants in the evenings to ensure my safety. The simple stuff is done really well here with excellent cleanliness and all the key amenities taken care of.
