Outstanding pool and restaurant the service across the board was exceptional. My only recommendation would be for the gym to be open a little later on the weekends as 5pm is very early and we often missed the opportunity to use the facilities. Perhaps they close at 6 and close a little earlier during the week as the gym was very quiet at 9pm during the week

Disappointing. My husband booked an early check in and called the day before we arrived to confirm it. When we arrived at 11am from a 12 hour flight the unhelpful receptionist told us our room wasn't available and that we'd have to wait until 2pm. She told us to wait in the bar and she'd call us if the room was available any earlier, but of course we didn't hear from her until we went back to reception. The room was huge but the curtains didn't close properly and half the light switches didn't work. There wasn't a mirror near to a power socket so I had to balance on pillows on the bed to use the decorative mirror above. We won't stay here again.

Everything was great from the moment we arrived, but they ruined it in the end by opening our suitcases as if we had stolen something. We let them open them, but they didn’t find anything. We felt very disappointed and began to wonder if it was even allowed for them to open our suitcases like that. They stopped us as we were about to get into the car, treating us like thieves. No, they treated us very poorly.

Booked at short notice due to no water supply in my home neighborhood. The Houghton hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, helping me to extend my stay when water supply issues persisted at home and hotel was near capacity. I always had a great experience when coming here with my employer for conferences and strategy sessions, and the hotel maintains its high standards. Thank you yo the staff for making me as comfortable as possible in my makeshift temporary home!

Terrible experience. I could not take a shower because bathroom was clogged . When you shower the water wouldn’t drain,which is unsanitary. I requested the next day to have it fixed, it was not fixed .

Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt, geräumig und ruhig. Man kann dort sehr gut schlafen. Die Speisen sind qualitativ sehr gut: sehr guter griechischer Joghurt zum Frühstück, sehr gute Auswahl an Kuchen und Torten am Nachmittag, sehr gutes Abendessen bei großen Portionen. Sehr engagiertes Personal. Großes gepflegtes Fitnessstudio (Kritik: Öffnungszeiten), sehr schöne Pools (Outdoor Pools leider nicht beheizt).

The best hotel I’ve ever experienced. They have a full breakfast. The bistro food is delicious and seasoned. The staff is like family. The Rooms are cleaned everyday and the bathroom rug changed out. They have full size kitchen with washer and dryer. Everyone from the front of the hotel to the turn down made our stay feel like home. This is a hotel worth trying because you will be back.
