I’ve stayed at the Capital a few times now and every time has been great. From the check in to the well maintained and clean room to the meals which is always delicious and fresh. The breakfast is quite a spread and every dietary requirement is catered for. Definitely recommend The Capital Empire, 100%

The hotel set up is good,accommodative with good services and workers, The conference room and it’s facility was nice, in between tea breaks was best. The food was good.

Very nice and comfortable stay, in very safe area and in friendly and high level professional atmosphere by all personnel. That was my third and definitely not the last time of stay in this hotel. Restaurant dishes and breakfasts are just unbelieveable.

We moved from another 5* hotel (@Sandton Hotel Be) due to bad service, poor cleaning and made a last-minute booking at The Capital Hotel (Empire"). We requested an apartment and due to shortage one night the hotel hosted us in the biggest room. Whilst we were out, they staff packed up the room, including items in the refrigerator and moved us to a Suite/Apartment. The pricing is extremely affordable for a 5* venue in the Sandton CBD so convenient to see large corporate clients. The standard rooms are significantly larger than competitors and perfect for working night at with sufficient space for enjoy in-room dining to a full apartment of 100sqm cost only R200 to upgrade. As a business travel, we will never use this hotel again and nor endorse this place for any of clients and associates. The staff are extremely friendly and every time we arrived at the hotel is was like being at home with friends.
