朝食は美味しく、期待通りでしたがそれ以外は残念なことばかりでした。
11月中旬にしては暑い日でしたが、全館空調で暖房が入っていて耐えられないレベルでした。エレベーターホールなんか、熱風？というレベルです。部屋の中も暑くてフロントにお願いしてところ、窓を開けるか、扇風機を貸し出すと言われ、空調を切ろうとはしません。（季節ではなく、気温で設定を変えてください）
窓を開けて眠らざるを得なかったですが（それでも暑い）ホテルの前はコンビニで飲み帰りの若いヤンチャな人の溜まり場になっていて深夜まで騒がしいため、暑さと煩さで辛かったです。（コンビニに面していない部屋が良い）
また、到着時に提携駐車場代をフロントで支払って精算チケットを受け取りましたが、出庫時に精算機に通すと料金不足と表示され、自分で支払って差分をフロントで精算しました。前夜、精算チケットの代わりに割引チケットを手渡したのだと思いますが、お詫びも言わずに差分を受け取った署名を求められて閉口しました。（署名する書類が用意されており、準備の良さ？が印象的です）

飯店停車場離飯店有點距離,遇到雨天行李拿到飯店有點麻煩;櫃台服務人員制式化服務,不會有親切感;偶點為地理位置適中,離火車站和巴士站近,餐廳服務人員服務態度親切,早餐菜色能符合需求

This is my usual place to stay when I come to Joetsu. The beds are Simmons so I was able to sleep well. I was able to borrow pillows so it was comfortable.
