An excellent hotel with modern amenities and professional staff to cater for comfortable stay. I really liked their food and layout of breakfast buffet.

We stayed at Novotel Hotel for two days with family. The first thing is the location of the hotel, It is centrally located and has good connectivity from the airport and all the heritage sites. Now, I start my experience at this property. When we reached the hotel, they served welcome drinks and started the check in process. The staff at reception was very professional and cooperative. The standard check in time is 2 pm but they managed for us to check in early at 12 Hrs. The property is newly built so everything in the hotel was fine. The interior, washroom, cupboards, bed and sitting all were so clean and comfortable. The rooms have all the modern amenities. The breakfast was so delicious and full of variety. The best thing at breakfast was the live counters, from where you can order a dosa, uttapam, pan cake etc as per your choice. The staff at the dining area was so caring, they were entertaining each guest individually, serving the food as per their choice on table. If I remember correctly , Mr Rishabh, one of the staff in the dining area, was so caring, he came to our table many times to ask for food and drinks etc. My kids also enjoyed themselves there a lot, they had fun at the swimming pool. Finally, I would like to appreciate the overall hospitality of Novotel.

My stay was amazing also food and hospitality was great . Ms. Sweta, Hariom, Ranjit, Priyanka they are very quick took checking and checked out . I always recommend Novotel because it's my first' stay in jodhpur so I love it. I prefer to friends and family.

My stay was very comfortable also it's new property and Ms. Sweta was very amazing for her work and hariom for quick check out. I always recommend my friends and family to staying in Novotel only. It's pure vegetarian and I only prefer this. I loved the property

A comfortable stay at Novotel, rooms are nice,spacious enough and clean.. And the location too good for your stay and going around.. Food is only veg though! Easy to get commute to places u want to visit! Not much eateries in walking distance , but as I said anytime u can get a commute from outside...so all in all would recommend for ur trip!!

We stayed for two nights at the property and our overall experience was good. Just one thing i would like to mention which was not upto the mark was the cleanliness part of the room and the size of the room was small.
