Perfect for our needs.
Manager you're so helpful when we checked in. Made suggestions 4 restaurant when we asked oh, and he was spot-on.

Noisey but nice
The room is beautiful, the beds very comfortable, and had we not had loud neighbors, it would've been fine. But the walls are so thin you can hear conversations, snoring, doors slamming, etc. It's just very hard to sleep with all the noises you can hear. We even had a fan app turned up and were wearing earplugs. When they built the building, they didn't insulate well between rooms apparently.

awesome hotel to stay at
The hotel is very clean. The beds are comfortable. It is a very peaceful property to stay at. The staff is awesome, very friendly and will make sure if you need anything that you will be taken care of.

Good, clean room and property. Doesn't offer much in the way of amenities, and doesn't pretend to be more than it is. No coffee in lobby, no breakfast. Not a bug in sight and that is hard to accomplice in East Texas. Coffee maker in the room with 1 packet of coffee. Charcoal grills available by the gazebo (also has tables and chairs). Microwave and fridge in room. Has a guest laundry. Large flat screen TV, desk and couch . Rooms are large, freshly painted, basic and very clean. Needs some maintenance (3" hole in sheetrock, mirror edge cracked, toilet runs sometimes). The best things are the price, cleanliness and the comfortable beds and pillows. I was just looking for a comfortable, clean, convenient place to spend the night. This is best I've experienced. Would stay again.

I was charged $93 instead of $63 first off!! Bathroom had mold around tub and no breakfast as it stated on hotel site!! Someone’s alarm starts going off at 6am until around 10 both days…
