My room was very rundown, especially the bathroom. The safety did not work. Not a very comfortable place to be at. A simple process of checking us in on our prepaid reservation took more than 10 minutes. Check out was also very slow. Cleaning stuff for very friendly and did their best. A cleaning staff was also very helpful when she saw that my key card didn’t work anymore – she left me into my room – but that also showed me that security is not a high priority at this place. When I came in after dinner and walked to the reception desk, I asked them to reprogram my key – again, no questions asked, not even my name.
The breakfast buffet is large and they offer freshly made eggs and tapioca - generally I would’ve appreciated healthier food options though.

O café da manhã é muito bom, como de costume nos Hotéis da rede Village. Contudo, as instalações precisam de algumas melhorias. O black-out do quarto permite entrada de bastante luz. O.ar-condicionado direciona a ventilação diretamente em cima.da cama (apesar de algumas pessoas preferirem assim, particularmente não gosto.

No check-in , a Recepcionista não localizou a minha reserva , tive que mostrar o e-mail comprovando a reserva.

Muito bom, quartos confortáveis e bastante completo com tudo o que você possa precisar. Espaçoso e ainda incluíram uma Netflix na tv do quarto. Amém a atenção! Café da manhã excelente, ótimo ambiente e profissionais, fui muito bem recebido.
