Sou uma testemuna ocular da história desse Residencial exatamente no epicentro da muvuca das muvucas da Orla pessoense. Ficou anos apenas como terreno baldio. Veio a construção, acho que durou uns 3 anos. Parece que as vendas dos cento e pouco apês nao foram totais, sobrando alguns que foram colocados num pool de aluguel, sem café da manhã, limpeza e troca do enxoval diários.Sem mensageiros. São 3 andares, com apês amplos, bem mobiliados, alguns frente para o mar, a maioria para as laterais (Largo Tambaú, uma delas) alguns necessitando de pequenos consertos, até de uns poucos upgrades. Os pisos dos corredores não seguem os mármores e granitos dos apês. Decoração, mobiliário e pisos da Recepção PRIMES ! Andar destacado - segundo andar, com piscina bonita e MAIS NOVE ESPAÇOS E EQUIPAMENTOS DE LAZER! Resumindo, o Solar Tambaú é um enclave de luxo na muvuca de Jampa. Fue nuestro último alojamiento, y sin dudas, el mejor. Nuestro departamento contaba con todo lo necesario. Unos días increíbles pasamos disfrutando de la piscina, el sauna y el gym. Se puede ver la playa principal de Tambaú desde la piscina. Con estacionamiento incluído. Excelente wifi.

Visito frequentemente João Pessoa e sempre me hospedo no Solar de Tambau, e gratificante qze a vara visita mais eu fique surpreso pela qualidade do mobiliário, equipamentos e principalmente o enxoval em todos os quartos os quais já me hospedei. A piscina nem se fala climatizada, e a cereja do bolo é a localização incomparável. Parabéns a administração e seus funcionários.

Experiência nota 1.000, o luxo e os detalhes de conforto e arquitetura levados à primorosos detalhes. Dificilmente tem algum outro empreendimento comercial que o barre. Localização mais do que perfeita. A piscina aquecida é a cereja do bolo. Recomendo.

Atendimento excelente, perto da praia, organizado, seguro, apto excelente, limpo e bem equipado, 4 travesseiros em cada cama, banheiro Limpo, bem arejado , tv excelente muitos armários , material de limpeza à disposição (vassoura rodo) usei pra tirar a areia e água da chuva na sacada

Fizemos a reserva pelo site do hotel, via WhatsApp. Para a opção escolhida deixaram de confirmar que não teria sofá cama... foi resolvido com o pessoal da gerência a alternativa de improvisar um colchão de solteiro. Resolvido! Os utensílios de cozinha são bastante limitados para quem faz uso regular do Airbnb... na medida em que era preciso algum utensílio (faca de corte, escorredor de prato, pano de prato e de chão, entre outros que não estavam regularmente disponíveis... mas tinha alguma coisa que efetivamente não forneciam... varal de chão para secar roupa (apto de praia, sem ter.... ).

Its a nice apartment but not worth the stay here with all the crazy rules. You can’t use certain facilities such as the gym unless you have a “long stay”, whatever that means. They charged me a late checkout fee when I was simply waiting for a callback to see if I could use that gym. The blonde woman at the front desk was quite rude and impatient with me. In addition, getting into the building is such a hassle with constant having to confirm information. Its too strict and uncomfortable. Lastly, the beach in front was the ugliest of the city - brown and full of algae. I wouldn’t come back here.
