This place is perfect for unwinding. It is located 15 minutes away from the main road. The hotel offered free pick up and drop off so the distance to the main area is not really a problem. Very peaceful and has a splendid view from the cabin. The amenities were also impressive. We would have loved to have: 1. A map or guide for more leisure possibilities such as hiking trails around the area. We only were to explore by ourselves by walking down to a beautiful ******* village. 2. More options for breakfast. Compared to other hotels in the same price category, the breakfast is too simple. 3. As the cabin is using smart home technology, a user manual or a short instruction on paper would be helpful. Overall, our stay was relaxing and worth the price.

A good option for Jiuzhai I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention Pros: - Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets - The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡 - Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception. - The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. - The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful. - They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier. Cons: - The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime. - As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣 - The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.

The unexpected surprise was that the room we checked in was only 147 yuan, but I didn't expect there was a free breakfast. The minimum two nights for two people can save at least 80 yuan, plus the shuttle bus, and the return to the bus station, these transportation costs can also save a lot, the hotel basically stayed for nothing. I don't think I took any photos of the hotel haha The hotel service is very good. When we arrived at the hotel, it was one or two o'clock, and the front desk was still waiting for us. It was cold and ran out to check the parking space and guide us to check in. And helped us upgrade to a private room, thank you very much. I didn't get up for breakfast, I don't know how it is. The laundry room is a bit simple, just a washing machine. The water in the sink is a bit blocked.
