Jiuzhaigou Hotels with Airport pickup service

Excellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan. I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******. The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request. I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

This hotel is located very nice to the entrance to Jiuzhaigou, about 700m away, I still need to walk a bit, though there are some Chinese hotels even nearer, it is ok. There is a McDonald just outside the hotel and a convenient shop and bubble tea shop, so it is very convenient for tourists. Hotel is clean and tidy, I asked for a king sized bed, but there is no wardrobe to hang clothes. There is a daybed and an adjustable table which allows travellers to do some work in a proper manner. There is also some side table, easy for tourists to put their things. Though there is a slight problem regarding the WFi, when you select the hotel's WiFi, it should open a website for you to enter the password. I don't know why 2 of my handphones doesn't have this website pop out, only my Samsung Note 10 possible, so I think this is due to some compatibility issues. Overall the experience is good and I will strongly recommend to you.

The hotel is definitely my choice when I go to Jiuzhaigou again. Most staff, including the young guys who shuttled us between room and front desk/restaurant, were very friendly and helpful. Staff in the breakfast restaurant were all very nice and offered to help. The Concierge manager Jacky Zhang always replied to WeChat requests on a timely basis and made us feel most welcome when saw us in person. We stayed there for 4 nights and some staff recognized us and remembered our room number! They were all super friendly when we chatted with them. On the other hand, staff in the dinner restaurant 炙 are not too helpful or cheerful and need more training to improve the service. The hotel entrance was not always manned including when we arrived. More staff would be needed to ensure timely assistance for arriving guests. Our suite was spacious and at this time of the year could see a snow capped mountain outside the room's windows. The walk-in closet was a bit small relative to the size of the suite, but could accommodate one large open luggage and one small open one. The door of the washroom near the room's entrance was so heavy it was not possible to use that washroom. The nearby walk-in closet door was also super heavy, in any case, once our large luggage is open, that door became jammed by the luggage and could not be open, so we ended up using the entrance from the other side (the bedroom side). A cab ride to the scenic area took 20 minutes and some 42 Reminbi, that saved us the trouble of trying to find a car park at the scenic area where parking spaces were very limited. Many cabs also awaited tourists outside the scenic area when we were finished sight seeing for the day so there was no problem with getting back to the hotel. We dined at the hotel”s dinner restaurant twice and the food was alright though a bit on the high end according to mainland China's standard and for that yet to improve level of service. We were not offered a menu on the first day of buffet breakfast, but on subsequent days we were offered to choose additional items including different egg preparation, congees, noodles, etc. described in the menu. The breakfast restaurant was a bit small so tables were rather near one another, but we went at off peak hours so that was acceptable. There were enough varieties to keep us satisfied but must say not enough varieties for a 5-star hotel; in particular, there was only one type of salad leaf. The bath tub made a loud strange noise after use. We had to unplug from the electric socket to stop the intermitten loud wind blowing noise. That was reported to the front desk when we checked out, but somehow my communication in poor Putongua mixed with English terms was misunderstood by the front desk initially. All in all, I selected Jiuzhaigou Conrad after reviewing the choices carefully, and I still think this is probably the best choice for my needs. Will stay here again next time!

It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. The rooms and services are good, and the hotel environment is also very good. A suggestion: The service facilities of the hot spring need to operate normally. Although it is the off-season, since it is open, the feelings of the guests should be considered. The temperature in the locker room is a bit low.

The most expensive hotel in this National Day trip to Chengdu, but still a treasure hotel that is worth the money. The reasons for recommendation are as follows: ⚓️🎢Location & Tour It is a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, so we booked this hotel after visiting Jiuzhaigou. After all, it is still a little far from the entrance of the valley... The hotel is in Huamei Shengdi Scenic Area, so we arranged a tour of Zhongchagou the next day. The experience can be rated full marks💯 🏔️🏯Environment & Facilities The design of Hotel Indigo is a highlight. I have been to Hotel Indigo in Shanghai before and it has a strong sense of design. This hotel is also adapted to local conditions. The design theme is the sacred eagle culture of the ******* area. Building 2 is arranged, a little distance from the lobby, but you can only switch from the 2nd floor, and you are lost when you walk to the 1st floor 2. The hotel restaurant displays cultural and creative products for sale. Although they are beautiful, I have no desire to buy them. A bag costs more than 100 yuan, which feels like a robbery.

This hotel was absolutely fine considering it's purpose as somewhere close to the scenic spot, however I expected more from the Hilton name. When we arrived, we came with two Chinese friends who had separate rooms (so three rooms total). There were three staff on reception but instead of doing all three room check-ins at once, we had to wait. Then, the staff immediately spoke to my Chinese friends about our booking, completely ignoring us (foreigners). I've lived in China for four years, I've managed to book myself into every hotel up to now and found them quite rude. Even my Chinese friends said they were rude for doing this. The hotel room is nice and clean but once again, the hotel feels quite basic considering it's Hilton. The gym is small but usable however children come in and play in there. The breakfast is fine. Overall, the hotel is okay but if I was here again I'd probably consider elsewhere.

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, including a children's play center, a gym, a yoga room, and a billiards and card room. Unfortunately, the travel photography did not make an appointment in advance and was not completed, and the swimming pool is not open yet. Cleanliness: Both the rooms and public areas are neat and clean. Environment: The hotel is on a mountain, surrounded by mountains. It feels like living in the scenery. The altitude difference is 1 kilometer. It takes half an hour to drive on the winding mountain road of more than 20 kilometers. It is very exciting, but the road condition is not bad and the scenery is beautiful. You just need to avoid it. Cows and horses raised by villagers. Service: It was National Day when we went, and the hotel prepared a variety of meals throughout the day. Rich activities include Baima ******* welcome ceremony, Baima ******* original ecological toast song, group photo in national costumes, hiking in primeval forest, afternoon tea in the clouds, sunset ceremony, rice cake making, bonfire party, travel photography of ******* and Qiang costumes, etc. The most rare thing is that on the day I checked out, my car tires were under-inflated. The hotel engineering department immediately sent a master named Wang to help me inflate the tires. It was a very considerate service. Thank you very much. The small mountain potatoes used to make glutinous rice cakes are also very delicious. I bought 30 kilograms of them and took them home. All in all, a great experience.

1) Reception closes after 12am which makes enquiries cumbersome if you don’t have a china mobile. 2) Only 1 washing machine and dryer to accommodate the whole hotel needs. 3) Hot Spring at the hotel only opens from 5pm to 9pm and advance booking of 30 mins have to be made which makes planning difficult 4) Location is prime as it need to the valley park but beware that you will be getting a lot of noise pollution from both cars and human traffic. The lack of city planning causes a lot of congestion.

A great hotel, impeccable from the environment to the service, especially the service of Bam at the front desk, which added points to the trip to Jiuzhaigou. When we checked in, we upgraded the room type, and gave us an extra cup of coffee, and asked us to add WeChat, which perfectly solved our needs during our stay. The restaurant breakfast is also very rich. As a high-star hotel near the world-class tourist attraction Jiuzhaigou, tourists eat at around 7:00 in the morning peak, and there are occasional queues. I understand that. I read the comments that Howard Johnson is a bit old, and there will be old guest rooms. In fact, the guest rooms are well maintained, and the bedding and quilts are very comfortable. After a day of playing, I basically fell asleep at night. Jiuzhaigou is worthy of being a world-class scenic spot. As a frequent traveler, I say that the scenery here is breathtaking and beautiful beyond words. The stay was very good. We booked the room because it was close to the scenic spot. There was a small episode. The hotel had a power outage after 9 pm. After understanding, we were told that it was a small-scale power outage, but the hotel immediately responded and the power was restored in a few minutes. I stayed in the lobby for a while and saw the staff serving us wholeheartedly and patiently explaining. I was very moved and gave you a thumbs up.
