I like the environment of the homestay. The sanitation of the room is OK. It would be better if the pool is cleaned a little bit! The service is good! The scenic spot is shuttled! Recommended!

Environment: The natural environment is very good, and it is very quiet in the mountains. Service: There is a pick-up and drop-off service, and the driver is very nice. There was no big problem in communicating with the store and staff. However, the store's operation is very confusing. I booked the Zangzhai villa more than 10 days in advance. The platform showed that there was heating, but the day before check-in, I was told that there was no heating, the heating equipment was not working, and there were not enough sockets (electric blankets could not be used). They wanted us to change rooms for various reasons, and there was no apology at all for the short notice that caused us to make another decision, disrupted our plans, and caused us trouble. After arriving at the hotel in the afternoon of the day of check-in, I looked at the Zangzhai Villa. It was quite different from what I had imagined based on the pictures. It looked like an old rural house, and the bedrooms were spooky. The price was not cheap. I highly recommend not booking this room type. The various facilities in the room are not perfect and the store itself does not recommend it. I don’t know why it is listed on the platform and it is not informed in advance after booking. Are you expecting bad reviews? Later, we changed to a tent. The tent was smaller, there was no comfortable place to sit in the room, and the air conditioning and heating were barely adequate. I wanted to ask for an extra quilt at night and was told that it was not available. Zangzhai Villa did not unsubscribe directly before changing rooms. It should not be visible on the platform and cannot be booked online. However, I was told that the B&B was fully occupied and there were no extra quilts. The next day at around 7 o'clock in the morning, I set out to go Nei and passed by the Zangzhai Villa. I saw that the door was locked. I didn't know what the store meant, but I felt like I was being tricked. It was not a good feeling. The power went out for more than an hour after 9 p.m. Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock. I want to go to the ditch early but don't have breakfast. The soup pot set meal was very salty and tasted average.
