Hilton Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

The location is perfect for traveler to Jiuzhaigou national park as you can walk from the hotel to the entrance of the park. The hotel is near shops and restaurants. However, the cleanliness of the room is average. The strong smell of mothballs are always there in the room during my 4 nights stay. In my room, the pillow was a bit dirty with some little red spots which I don’t know what it was. Anyway, The staff was truly friendly.

Location: In Luneng Town, Zhongchagou, it is about an hour and a half away from the airport. The altitude is not high. When you come from the airport, you pass by the Forest Park and you are completely shocked! The view from the hotel balcony when you open the door is really great! Excellent location! In Jiuzhaigou, which is still a little chilly, I felt cared for; the staff I met every day in the hotel were also very nice and the service was in place. I really recommend this hotel. Staying at Jiuzhai Paradise Hotel for the first time gives me a different experience. The hotel has a good environment, the air quality is very good, and there are many value-for-money services! This hotel was absolutely fine considering it's purpose as somewhere close to the scenic spot, however I expected more from the Hilton name. When we arrived, we came with two Chinese friends who had separate rooms (so three rooms total). There were three staff on reception but instead of doing all three room check-ins at once, we had to wait. Then, the staff immediately spoke to my Chinese friends about our booking, completely ignoring us (foreigners). I've lived in China for four years, I've managed to book myself into every hotel up to now and found them quite rude. Even my Chinese friends said they were rude for doing this. The hotel room is nice and clean but once again, the hotel feels quite basic considering it's Hilton. The gym is small but usable however children come in and play in there. The breakfast is fine. Overall, the hotel is okay but if I was here again I'd probably consider elsewhere.

It is absolutely right to choose Banyan Tree Hotel for Jiuzhaigou tourism. The hotel itself is a tourist attraction. I stayed there for three nights this time. I played in the hotel on the top of the mountain for the first two days. The colorful forests on the top of the mountain are all red in this season. I get up every morning to watch the sunrise and sea of ​​clouds, and go hiking in the forest opposite after breakfast. On the third day, I went down the mountain to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, but I think it is worth living on the mountain and driving more than two hours to and from Jiuzhaigou. Next time I will still choose Banyan Tree Jiuzhaigou. When I checked out on the last day, Xiao Yang at the front desk gave us a small gift.

During a busy journey, encountering such a hotel is undoubtedly the most warm and beautiful episode in the journey. From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, you are deeply attracted by its elegant yet warm atmosphere. The front desk staff A Fei's smile was like a spring breeze blowing on his face, professional and enthusiastic, which made me feel the warmth of home instantly. During the entire stay, A Fei took great care of our family. Although the stay was relatively short this time, the elderly and children were very satisfied with the hotel's services and facilities. We also forgot our children’s phones and watches during the trip. Thanks to him for reminding us in time, we will come again next time.

Five minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou gate. Good breakfast. Staffs cannot speak English but they used translator equipment which I have never seen at any hotel before, that’s quite brilliant! It showed their adaptation in communication with foreigners.

I came here to ride horses and check in for travel photography, but it rained and I didn't ride a horse until I left. The road conditions are really winding and it rained on the day of check-in. Fortunately, there are floor heating and air conditioning in the room, so it's not cold. The children like the sofa bed in the room very much and slept very well at night. After a long journey, I chose the dinner in the hotel. The double yak soup pot set meal added two or three dishes and a fried rice, which was enough for six big and three small. The next day, the hotel picked up and sent us to the scenic spot. I came back in the evening and ordered the same dinner. I was full of wine and food! Both yak meat and soup are delicious! Before checking out, I also took the travel photography included in the accommodation package. The photographer is very dedicated and a very nice person. I was satisfied after watching the original film! The hotel said that the travel photography only had simple clothes, but it was also dressed carefully and fully. Although there was no makeup, the effect was not bad. The front desk customer service was very good and responded to everything in a timely manner; the photographer was also very good.
