房間乾淨整潔，交通方便，距離職院走路就幾分鐘路程，比較方便，樓下就有超市和早餐店，吃飯也比較方便，早餐店的粉面味道還可以。每次去職院出差，都會住這裏，而且價格實惠，老闆服務也比較熱情。像我們每次延時幾個小時，老闆都會打折，並且也會送一些小零食。下次再去職院，還是會優先選擇這裏。
