在網上比較了好多店家，最終選擇了晉中美域。入住體驗非常好，服務、環境、設施等都很到位、優美。出行也很方便。

入住過多次了，第一次入住心想是誤會，這次入住再次體驗。非常不好，前台的服務人員態度冷冰冰，一點都不熱情。房間的毛巾破破的，下次不會入住了。差評

國慶在酒店住了四天，總體來説還是不錯，每天都有好幾家在酒店辦理婚禮的，可以看得出來在本地人心目中這個酒店還是不錯的。
大堂氣派，待人接物熱情，我有東西落酒店了，及時聯繫我給我快遞，足夠的停車場，還有游泳池。
但是我住的25樓行政樓，就我住的房間有兩個特別明顯的問題，一是房間不安全，以我住酒店的經驗，都不用房卡（如圖所示），隨便拿個東西一捅就把房門打開了，不帶一點麻煩的，安全存在極大隱患。
二是在我住的房間衞生間附近，很濃的一股煙味，特別是早晚上廁所的時候，不知道從哪裡飄來的的，因我們兩人都不抽煙，對煙味極度敏感，一下就能聞出來。
上述情況我孩子單獨住的房間一點沒有。
三是早餐菜品和樣數非常一般，住了四天，天天都是一樣的，沒有任何星級酒店的定位。
