辦理入住前台沒人打電話才來人，退房也是如此。入住後打電話前台打不通客房服務也打不通，想要兩瓶水和一次性拖鞋自己去樓下買。住的河景房打開窗簾看的是學校。河景衹有側面一小點。沒有一次性拖鞋，浴室鞋臟的沒話説。衹能算房間多一些的賓館吧
