☆酒店環境
裝修充滿科技感，乾淨整潔，房間智能真的太方便了，完全解放雙手，衹要交給小度就好，房間裏的乾濕分離衞生間我很喜歡，超大的鏡子還帶燈光，對化粧的姐妹非常友好
☆我入住的房間寬敞明亮 佈置得很温馨房間內有迷你小冰箱，而且還有投屏，晚上可以躺在床上看自己喜歡的電影，簡直不要太愜意。床品和枕頭都非常舒適，讓我每晚都能甜甜入睡，房間的隔音效果也不錯，能保證一個安靜的休息環境。
☆服務方面
從辦理入住開始，就能感受到工作人員的熱情和專業。服務態度特別好，有任何問題都能及時得到解決。桔子酒店還是很有保障的。

到荊州來玩，在攜程上面看到一家桔子酒店，沒住過決定到酒店先看一下房間，前台很有禮貌很專業耐心的帶看，看完房間才下的單，房間非常的乾淨，前台服務態度很好，問我對房間有什麼要求，看我抱着孩子，還貼心的問我需不需要幫忙拿行李，同時問我有什麼需要可以隨時找他們，前台很負責我懷裡得寶寶禮貌問詢也登記了，作為家長的我們很放心，為這家酒店打call，孩子爸爸很喜歡這家酒店，前台有桔子可以免費吃，房間裏面還有桔子糖和小餅乾，真的是很喜歡桔子酒店，狠狠被種草了一波，衣服幹不了，打電話打前台，前台小姐姐説可以幫我們洗，洗完可以烘乾送到房間，服務真的很好，烘完下來了，保安師傅疊的整整齊齊的，真的很感動，如果説衹是一個人好不突出，這家酒店前台和保安大叔都很好，帶了小孩子泡奶粉，前台讓阿姨送了幾瓶水，客房阿姨也很熱情，知道我要燒水告訴了我水壺已經用白醋清洗過了，讓我們非常的安心，同時把水煮沸，燙了一遍再使用，房間床品睡的也很舒適，不得不説這家酒店真的很好，住的安心和放心，感謝酒店的工作人員辛勤的付出，家外之家首選桔子酒店！
