有點吵，環境衞生有點堪憂。房間不大，在四樓，沒有電梯。周邊停車不方便，在巷子裏面，不是很好找。房間設施一般。

衞生：衞生過得去，像是自己家改的小旅館
環境：在小弄堂裏，早上晚上可能會稍微有點吵，能接受畢竟價格便宜
