酒店位置很好，在荊州萬達樓上，離荊州古城很近步行10分鐘就能到，離荊州火車站打車不堵車的情況下15分鐘也能到。酒店大堂在26樓，上去第一感受到前台熱情問好，還有旅遊攻略推薦的吃飯的位置也很好吃，房間也很乾凈，補幾十塊錢住的商務房型非常棒還能曬太陽，退房也很快給前台房卡就可以走了，還不用按金，這次旅程愉快。

衞生環境不給差評是因為不想為難保潔阿姨，服務和設施給差評是對貴品牌服務流程很不很不很不滿意。在沒有告知預訂人的前提下，其他人僅憑手機號和名字就可以入住我預訂的房間，這麼嚴重的安全隱患，工作人員和我辯駁兩次“我們流程是這樣的”
