民宿是老闆自己家，就在畲鄉古城，門口江景很美，遊玩方便，非常新，房間乾淨整潔，有電梯很方便，老闆老闆娘人很好！

房間不大，衞生還可以，浴室水壓較小。民宿前有條河，空氣還不錯，但民宿無提供早餐，周邊又無早餐店，吃很不方便。
