This hotel has been a hotel for five or six years. The decoration of the hotel looks a bit outdated, gray and dull. But the overall decoration quality is very good, I didn't see a place where there was obvious goose bumps. Downstairs is Wanda Plaza, but the children are playing next to it, opposite the gymnasium. There are also charging piles in the gymnasium, which is very convenient to drive. I didn't want to give 5 points of praise, the decoration style is a bit disliked, it is dark, and the lighting in the room is not enough. But their service attitude is really good, how picky! The eldest sister heard that I was going to wash clothes, and she helped me take the clothes and wash them and sent them back to me. There was a courier to send, and she took them directly for me and arranged for me to send them. Another point is that the shower water here is very big and hot enough. I slept until dawn and slept very well. The breakfast is also very rich. I gave me several bottles of water before leaving.

The room was quite nice, but there was a demolition site on the back street, and the construction started before 8 am. The best thing was the breakfast, a combination of Chinese and Western food, the freshly ground coffee was good, and it was served with Taikoo brown sugar and Nestle Mate. The beef noodles at the noodle stall were delicious, highly recommended.

帶家人出遊好評優選到這家酒店，酒店小姐姐有提前打電話詢問到店時間，貼心的問是男寶還是女寶好方便提前安排，添加微信發送位置以及各項服務、酒店周邊吃飯逛街的點都科普到位簡直不要太好啦，房間的環境很不錯，小朋友都非常喜歡，還提前把需要的擋板放到了房間，辦入住小姐姐還給孩子們送小禮物很適合國慶氛圍，大廳也佈置的比較好看，爆米花孩子們也超級喜歡，還貼心告知還有洗衣這項服務，這對全家出遊的我們來説簡直解決了一個大大的問題，晚上還有暖心的湯喝，這家酒店的細節服務深深的打動到了我，每一位工作人員都是那麼的貼心，讓我們都有滿滿的歸屬感，必須推薦！以後有機會還會再來打卡哪也不去了

酒店離掇刀萬達很近，今年重新裝修好，乾濕分離， 整個房間也很大，與我訂房時在網上看到照片一樣，這個與我以前遇到有些酒店的照片不同。  前台到所有工作人員都很棒，因為是出差，寄了幾個包裹到酒店，前台工作人員看到包裹多，主動幫我送到房間，有求必應，很專業！酒店還有洗衣服務，對於我們來出差的真的很方便，洗好服務員送到房間裏。 一樓大廳下午茶區域準備了水果和小零食， 還有兩種茶，一個是紅棗桂圓茶，一個菊花枸杞茶。很貼心 總之，相當滿意，強烈給出差友們推薦。我很少寫評論，不過這次是真沒想到在荊門有這麼舒適的酒店，下個月出差過來繼續訂。  希望酒店房繼續努力，給我們提供更好的服務和更優惠的價格。
