帶家人出遊好評優選到這家酒店，酒店小姐姐有提前打電話詢問到店時間，貼心的問是男寶還是女寶好方便提前安排，添加微信發送位置以及各項服務、酒店周邊吃飯逛街的點都科普到位簡直不要太好啦，房間的環境很不錯，小朋友都非常喜歡，還提前把需要的擋板放到了房間，辦入住小姐姐還給孩子們送小禮物很適合國慶氛圍，大廳也佈置的比較好看，爆米花孩子們也超級喜歡，還貼心告知還有洗衣這項服務，這對全家出遊的我們來説簡直解決了一個大大的問題，晚上還有暖心的湯喝，這家酒店的細節服務深深的打動到了我，每一位工作人員都是那麼的貼心，讓我們都有滿滿的歸屬感，必須推薦！以後有機會還會再來打卡哪也不去了

酒店離掇刀萬達很近，今年重新裝修好，乾濕分離， 整個房間也很大，與我訂房時在網上看到照片一樣，這個與我以前遇到有些酒店的照片不同。  前台到所有工作人員都很棒，因為是出差，寄了幾個包裹到酒店，前台工作人員看到包裹多，主動幫我送到房間，有求必應，很專業！酒店還有洗衣服務，對於我們來出差的真的很方便，洗好服務員送到房間裏。 一樓大廳下午茶區域準備了水果和小零食， 還有兩種茶，一個是紅棗桂圓茶，一個菊花枸杞茶。很貼心 總之，相當滿意，強烈給出差友們推薦。我很少寫評論，不過這次是真沒想到在荊門有這麼舒適的酒店，下個月出差過來繼續訂。  希望酒店房繼續努力，給我們提供更好的服務和更優惠的價格。
