Nice Hotel is in a very good location, with a great view outside the window, and is very close to the Xingguang Night Market. The waiter is very enthusiastic and attentive, asking about service needs every day, and he will answer all questions and meet all requests. The hotel parking is very convenient and free! The living facilities in the room are all available, including washing machine, refrigerator, and kitchen facilities, which are easy to use. It is very close to restaurants around, which is convenient! The key is two 1.5-meter large beds, which is great, and I can finally have a good rest!

This hotel is the one I am most satisfied with when I came to Xishuangbanna. It also includes airport pick-up service. The hygiene of the hotel is superb. The guys and girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic. They greeted us actively when they saw us. It was really heartwarming. Next time I have a chance, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it. It's really nice👍

A row of switches at the bedside are on, which is like a row of night lights that cannot be turned off at night, affecting sleep. The air conditioning panel failed and I woke up from the cold at night. The switch of the Dyson hair dryer is broken and cannot be used. The swimming pool is on the roof and has a nice view, but the water is not very clean and contains impurities. The rest area at the front desk of the hotel smells heavily of cigarette smoke and is not friendly with children. Only stayed one night and checked out.

I arrived at around 23:00 at night and called the boss. He came to pick me up a few minutes later. It is also very close to the hotel. There are six floors in total. The boss lady also thoughtfully arranged a room opposite to facilitate the care of the elderly.

Around dinner time, we set off to Jinuo Mountain to gather and distribute headlamps and flashlights. After the guide explained some precautions, we set off. It was very interesting. We climbed mountains and trees along the way and saw various insects. It is also a large plant research base. It’s playable and highly recommended! ! The boss was very hands-on and encouraged us to participate. Highly recommended and will choose it next time

亚亚当The BaiMa (White Horse) Hotel is on the 9th floor of a beautifully designed building. It has a tea drinking area at the elevators. The whole hotel, including in the rooms, has pictures of what I think is an expedition race the owner took part in -- but it's not overdone. The location is perfect, right on the center west of the new north-side of downtown JingHong (main tourist area). Right beside the night market. Delicious food found at the restaurants nearby. Corner store (with decent wine) downstairs. Motorcycle and scooter rental down the street in front of the hotel. The best views of the Mekong!
The room was big, spacious, and postmodern (contemporary) in decor -- very comfortable and still having personality, not just a ”white room” as so many hotels are styling themselves as, these days. There is even a small fridge and a full-sized washing machine! The bathtub on the balcony was very romantic. The cost was worth it, compared to more expensive rooms in other hotels.
The staff was beyond helpful, first by allowing me to choose which room I would have, and second, by helping me order flowers and food to my room. They even brought us free chopped fruit. They had cleaned my room during the day when I went out, even changing the bedsheets when they noticed the sheets were dirty.... +++
The only negatives I can think of is that the AC does not make the room cold enough for a spoiled Westerner like me (but most people won't have a problem with that), and the tub on the balcony is still missing it's fixtures. Oh, and the pictures of the racers above the bed was a bit strange. Of course, I wish it was cheaper, but actually the price is probably fair considering the cost of other hotels and how well done this hotel is.
Overall, a beautiful and excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserWe could not say enough nice things about this hotel. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing 10 days which was just what was required after a busy semester at work. The two young ladies and one young man at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind (I only know two of their names, Xiao Luo and Xiao Xiang). They were not over bearing and in our faces ever. They were able to help us with every request we asked for when we wanted or needed something. Having a language barrier was never a problem and they were so attentive to our needs via wechat. They were prepared to help with a driver to any sightseeing you wanted to do. There’s great restaurants and things to see and do within walking distance of the hotel too. The cleaning staff were very pleasant from the lady around the pool to the lady cleaning our room. Breakfast had two options, noodles or rice congee, it was always served with a great number of side dishes, more than enough choice from cereal, eggs, bread, as well as milk, a number of freshly prepared vegetables. Due to the great breakfast we rarely ate lunch. You just didn’t need to. We rescued a dog while in Xishuangbanna which the reception staff were really helpful with some of the things we needed to do with the dog! We have stayed in many hotels around the world and Lying Cloud was definitely a highlight. Great location, clean and modern room with good amenities, wonderful front desk staff, clean and well maintained pool and outdoor area at a very, very reasonable price. This hotel came recommended to us via a colleague and we would highly recommend it to other foreigners and Chinese friends too!

SShabaniGreat location with lots of food options in the neighborhood a short drive away or a bike ride away. The resort area comprises of Pullman, crowne plaza and Wanda. So if u prefer to eat in one of these hotels that’s an option but much more pocket friendly options in the area too outside of this hotel area but close by. Rooms are comfortable. An outdoor and indoor pool are available but the indoor one water is too cold and needs to be regulated. The steam and sauna are not always on so if u are the first one to use like in my case then u have to wait till it heats up and gets fully operational. Steam worked great but sauna not so good. Jacuzzi was busted and non-operational. Don’t forget to get ur swimming caps as even though outdoor pool one is not required but if it rains u must go to the indoor one as per hotel rules and for indoor u need a cap and to buy one at site is very expensive. The check in desk person Jacky Chen was very nice and helpful. Smooth check in process. Eva he at the breakfast buffet was also very kind and friendly and all the staff generally were good. However the staff at the front entrance gate need to be trained better to talk to customers like they normally should to customers but I felt they were very rude although it was not there intention to be rude. They just need better training. Parking is not allowed around the entrance circle but many people are allowed to park and is not consistent. If they allow one car to park then they should allow all. Local cars should not get preference. Even the help staff at the breakfast should be trained a little more to serve customers as it was quite chaotic. Overall a pleasant stay but some improvements required as highlighted above.

RRahel20The hotel is located a bit out of Xishuangbanna but surrounded by nature. Very helpful and nice stuff. There is a shuttle bus for different attractions like the night market to use for free. Also air port shuttle is provided.
Unfortenately the outdoor pool was not usable as they were cleaning it while being here but there is an indoor pool and a gym to use. The breakfast was good. We‘ve booked the executive package which was a bit disappointing as the main food contained of Chinese dishes and barely Western food as we thought might be different in such an international hotel of this category. The hotel seems a bit old but that didn‘t bother us.

The location is suitable and distance friendly to most attractions and the staff members go beyond the normal service to make you feel at home. Adora from the front desk was extremely helpful and caring towards us. She sent us a list of children a activities in the hotel and helped us when feeling sick sending us a basket of fruit and some porridge. She even met us the day we left go give us a present from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious offering many options and the rooms very spacious and clean.

I was going to stay for two days and then go to Lijiang, but the hotel was too comfortable, and I didn't want to rush the schedule, so I stayed for another day. YYexingxiaomiaoRamada feels like a hotel specially designed for large groups. We stayed for three days and there have been large groups holding activities here, and there are very few FITs like us. I contacted the hotel a month in advance and wanted to book a room where we could see the Buddha. As a result, the front desk of the store arranged for us to not see the Buddha on the fourth floor on the grounds that the sixth and seventh floors were being renovated and cleaned, which was very disappointing. Because the Ramada was originally booked to see the Big Buddha, the location here is not good, it is farther to Gaozhuang and various attractions, the swimming pool is very small, and the yard is relatively small. But it's too late to change the hotel temporarily and only stay. The quilt was damp, the next day we felt the room was very hot and called the front desk to check only to be told that the air conditioning panel in the room was installed upside down. . . The switch is reversed, no wonder it feels hot when it is turned on to the lowest temperature, and the quilt is still very damp. After staying for two days, I found out that the air conditioner has not been turned on, and the front desk did not inform in advance. The welcome fruit is sent every day, but the quality is not very good, all kinds of bad fruit. In short, staying here has brought a lot of regrets to the journey. I feel that the gap with the five-star hotel is still quite large. The details are always not in place, and the management level needs to be improved.
