The room is very satisfactory. It is very close to Xingguang Night Market. The river view room I booked can see the Great Pagoda and Lancang River. It was a pleasant surprise when I entered the room, because we spent New Year's Eve in Banna, and it instantly felt like a good place to spend the New Year. But there is one flaw, that is, the cleaning only changed the trash can and replenished supplies, and did not sweep the floor, mop the floor, or wipe the table. It is not friendly to us who stayed for four nights and spent the New Year here. The food residue on the floor was not cleaned for four days. I wanted tools to clean it myself but they didn't give me any. The reply was that they cleaned but did not mop the floor. I hope the housekeeper will improve, otherwise such a good house is actually only suitable for one night, unless you don't have high requirements for hygiene, you can ignore it.

連訂兩晚的江景房，真的很難評， 設施：同一棟樓裏非常多酒店水供應緊張，電梯也很緊張，需要等很久。特別是沒有熱水，總共入住了兩天，第一天晚上很晚洗澡沒有熱水，聯繫了前台工作人員説是太陽能的太晚了可能被別人洗完了，我們問工作人員那怎麼處理，那邊的回覆是他也沒有辦法，那我們認了洗了冷水澡，第二天我們就想着早點洗澡而且當天天氣非常好，下午四點就想先洗個頭結果放了半個小時還是那種温温的水不熱，男生洗都覺得冷，再一次聯繫了前台，前台説找人看看，其實我們已經不抱希望了，前一天説是太陽能結果現在這麼早天氣又這麼好還是一樣沒熱水那肯定是設施問題了，然後工作人員過來看了説是調好的45度水温，可是根本沒有45度，然後工作人員説去後台調高，嗯嗯，然後就是我們還是洗的温冷水，估計就十幾度的樣子，估計是就是我們房間的設施問題了，花灑出水也很小，住了兩天洗了兩天冷水澡，總結就是不該訂連住，第一天就應該換酒店，體驗感真的很不好。
